Was an ok vet. Maybe i was spoiled by my previous vet, who obviously cared about my little furry family member. they tricked me into a vaccination i didnt need for my little one, and you could tell they were just doing their job. otherwise, no specific complaint, just felt they didnt care about me or my cat. pushed me to get flea medication, when my cats dont have fleas, and when i said no, on the "exit paperwork" said "flea medication OVERDUE" um, they dont have fleas, medication is not overdue, its not needed. they are obviously funded, partialy, by the pharmaceuticals of the animal world, and they are obvioulsy working, not cause they like what they do, but cause they are paid. i did not get the feeling that my animals best interest was in their minds. they were interested in running up the bill. Given that there were no major issues, other than personal perception, i went back when my other kitty was due for her yearly and vaccinations. The doctor seemed to be much more caring this time, BUT neglected to give my kitty her distemper and respiratory vaccinations. Probably hoping for another office visit to run up the price (never mind the fact that i told him i was moving across country). They also REFUSED to give me a copy of the kitties records. I asked multiple times, explaining that i was moving across country and wanted complete records for the new vet. They gave me a printout showing the charges, (which do have the vaccinations etc on it), but would not give me a copy of the records. They obviously are in it for money, and my second trip proved it beyond a doubt. Even were i still in the area, i would never go there again, despite how close and convenient they were. My kitties are too important.

Lets start with the front desk.... every single one of the staff that greets us is so kind, caring and really shows that they truly care about us and our pets. Every time I call to schedule an appt or just ask a question they spend the time on the phone with me making sure I hang up satisfied. We primarily see Dr. Schmidt who we absolutely trust with all of our pets. She is super friendly and is an excellent vet. When Dr. Schmidt is off and we need to schedule an appt. weve seen Dr. Ward who is also wonderful with us and our pets. I cannot say enough about everyone that works there. We used to live local and thats what brought us to this vet. Now we live 20 minutes away and wouldnt ever think of finding a vet closer. This establishment is excellent and I would recommend anyone go and see for yourself -Majtek, Macey, Maggie, Molly, Ferdinand and Fiona

I have had my cat for a little over 3 months and this was his 5th vet visit. I unknowingly adopted him with a pre-existing condition that had proved to be extremely costly. However after taking him to Foxon Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Ward was able to properly diagnose him and provide treatment. Having previously been misdiagnosed, I was extremely relieved to find out that his condition is treatable! Dr. Ward was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable because she had taken the time to review his chart and understand his condition in its entirety. I will definitely use Foxon VH for my future veterinary needs!

We had an amazing and truly wonderful experience coming to this clinic for our animal companions medical care. The staff is truly wonderful and sweet. We love our vet so much . The place is very professional and the medical staff is very attentive in listening and handling both the animals and their human companions, (who are under stress when they bring in their sick pets worried). We would love to keep coming to this clinic for our pets medical care but we have moved out of state. Our deepest and sincerest thanks and appreciation to VCA. We highly recommend this place.

Very expensive. My cat got a wound on his head and bill came to $200 dollars. When i got home i saw a scab on his head and i picked it..squeezed it and pus came out and infection went away. They could have done same thing. They were ready to do facial x rays and anesthesia and the whole 9 for an estimate of $900. All for a huge pimple basically. I then spent another $80 on simple guard for the fleas. It worked for 3 days. Another payment down the toilet. Get your checkbook ready. This is why people cant afford pets anymore because the vets are highway robbery.

I was so impressed with the services I was receiving during an unexpected dilemma & a last mintue appointment for my pet Ive never been treated with so much respect and empathy towards my feelings when I had to euthanasia my 19 year pet. When my beloved Tabys ashes were returned to me, a symptom card was included & each staff member signed it. I was speak less... Thank you All for allowing me to cherish my last moments with her during your closed hours.

I thought Dr. Quinones was a great vet too, but then he was rarely available for later appointments. When a treasured and greatly loved pet needed to be put to sleep at the emergency hospital, the VCA sent a sympathy card. so his death had been reported to them. Then, inexplicably Foxon VCA sent reminder cards and emails for future appointments. Theyve turned into a cold clinical chain. When Im ready to adopt, I;ll never go there again.

We take both our cat and welsh corgi to see Dr. Quinones at VCA Foxon, and we have been so pleased with the care theyve received. Dr. Quinones is probably one of the nicest people youll ever meet, and takes such care with our pets. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and really loves the animals he sees. I know my pets are in excellent hands here--the staff is also great.

Our dog has gone to VCA Foxon Animal Hospital since the day we adopted him. The care he has received over the first year of his life thanks to VCA Foxon is unattainable by other animal hospitals in the area. Thank you to everyone on staff for your hard work, and compassion towards not only the pets, but the owners as well. 10/10 would recommend for wellness & emergency visits.

Had a great experience here with both my cat and my (then) girlfriends cat. On multiple visits, technicians and doctors seemed to actually care about the condition of the cats. One was a kitten and the other a little older, so they took their time and gave each cat the care that she needed. Had I not moved halfway across the country, I would still be utilizing this vet.

Dr. Schmidt at VCA Foxon is a dedicated, intelligent and kind person. I feel that my dog had the best care possible. Jackie at the front desk is super helpful and thoughtful. The doctors at this practice are up on the most current treatment options and the staff is professional and still compassionate. I highly recommend VCA Foxon.

I have been taking our cats to see Dr. Q for years now and after moving several times and seeing a different vet who was closer to us I will drive a distance just to see Dr. Q again. He is the most caring, nicest, and knowledgeable vet ever. I can really tell that he cares about our cats and loves animals.
