The dental school provides low cost dentistry at a slightly slower pace than most private offices. This makes it a great place for patients with financial limitations who have the time for longer appointments. All patients of record will go through a screening appointment to determine if they will be a good fit for the schools educational environment. After the screening visit, a comprehensive exam will be conducted and treatment will be planned and explained the the patient before moving forward with treatment. The school provides nearly every aspect of dentistry, including routine and deep cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, implants, dentures, bridges, extractions, etc.The business office will file a claim for you with most insurances. The school also provides an emergency clinic where walk-in patients can receive limited treatment.

Unethical self-dealing liars and crooks. Took 3 hours to make temporary crown. Then they put on the crown even though it was chipped while they were adjusting it. The "stupervising" dentist knowingly put the chipped temporary on anyway, rather than have me come back and have it done right. They are holding parts for an implant they installed "hostage." I paid for them and they will not give them to me. Stay clear of this hell-hole, you will not save money and they will waste your time leaving you in pain. Also, the agreements they have you sign will leave you with limited legal recourse. The State Board of Dental Examiners does not oversee this outfit, so if something is done wrong you have nowhere to complain.

My experience was amazing! I came as a walk in emergency at 8 am, my service started at 9 am and by 10:30 my whole wisdom tooth was completely removed. And thats including X-Ray, consultation with multiple current and future professionals and operation itself. System is clear, fast check-in and payment. Student doctors are supervised by more experienced colleagues as well as dentist. Facility is great too, super clean and well equipped. Happy to know UNLV has such a great dental college

Very poor customer service. I have called several times to make an appointment. I get transferred to oral surgery. They then transfer me back to make an appointment and register. No one knows what they are doing in the mean time I sit with a broken tooth and no one to help. My very poor insurance makes me go to the school. So far I rate there service and care for people -5 stars.

I didnt even make it there. They werent patient with me while I was on the phone trying to find my insurance information, seeing as though my insurance card was lost. They kept assuring me that is was only a school even though Umc er referred me to them after a visit to the Er. And then I called back with my insurance information left a message and they never called me back

There are garbage. It took over a hour of them pulling on my tooth. They didnt realize that I had three roots not just two. So they broke my tooth out. It hurt so bad I couldnt do anything but lay in bed with my mouth bleeding. Months later a peace of my jaw bone that got broke came out of my gum. The kids need more supervisors around. I would not recommend my worst enemy.

Upfront about cost ($130 minimum but lowered with insurance), upfront about options and what the cost would be, there were instructors available around every corner if that student had any issues at all, and they outlined all options I had and were patient with any questions I had. Hopefully I never have reason to go back but I will have 100% confidence if I do.

Big rip off! Big waste of money and time. The staff has no idea what theyre doing here. I spent $200.00 just for them to tell me they couldnt work with me. Also the dental assistant was very rough and aggressive with my teeth. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Your better off getting dental insurance and seeing real professionals.

I went to the dental school to have dentures made and they did an amazing job! The dentures were far superior to the ones my regular dentist made. Yes it takes a little longer because they are students learning but it is well worth it . The Dentists teaching the students are excellent! Major savings too.

These people really helped me when I was in severe pain and in desperation. I had basicly 0 money but paid $42 down and the rest in payments ($200) for what a dental office quoted me at $1800. There was a little wait and my open mouth was viewed by about a dozen different people but hey, they did the job!!!

First time at a dentist in years. Severe abcess, 2 extractions.. I just cant say enough about how well i was treated by everyone in that facility. I was a walk in,got there at 8:30 am, and walked out at 10:30. No insurance, $130 down and i have a month to pay $130 balance. Awesome

They spend way too much time taking your history while you sit there in pain. They also address issues other than what you are there for. They may be good for some procedures but not extractions or other problems.
