I have lodged complaints with Consumer Affairs, the NV Board of Dentistry, Posted Reviews on Yelp (and every other website I can find), and now, I am filing a lawsuit. I will be recommending to the Teachers Health Trust that you be disqualified as a network provider! You left me toothless! I have been going to this location for a few years. Never a problem....UNTIL: In December, I was told that an extraction and implant was recommended. I was told my out of pocket would be $200, which I paid on the spot. I was NEVER told how much the implant would be, nor did I sign for any charges other than the $200 I paid in December. Today, February 17, 2017. I went to receive my implant. I was told for the first time that my out of pocket charge would be MORE THAN $1,200, and that the $200 previously paid was just for the extraction. This $1,200 charge was disclosed AFTER having my tooth removed and TWO MONTHS LATER! I am now TOOTHLESS. Another dentist told me a root canal was possible, and an implant unnecessary. I trusted these people at Absolute Dental.. They took not only my money, but they left me without my tooth, and NEVER disclosed additional out of pocket expenses until AFTER TAKING MY TOOTH! This is MOST UNSCRUPULOUS, UNFAIR, UNETHICAL, AND JUST PLAIN WRONG! As a teacher with Clark County School District, I am one of 35,000 CCSD employees.DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE DENTAL!!!! They will take your money, pull your teeth, and leave you defenseless without even so much as an apology. I am SUING THEM! ABSOLUTE DENTAL? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT. CCSD EMPLOYEES: BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. NOTIFY TEACHERS HEALTH TRUST that this practitioner engages in unethical behavior and will take advantage of you through their own poor business practices! SHAME! ABSOLUTE DENTAL SHOULD NOT BE A NETWORK PROVIDER FOR CCSD.CALL THE CCEA UNION IF YOU ARE A TEACHER. They want to know when we are are being taken advantage of. Do not be silent. This business does not deserve YOUR BUSINESS! I am toothless.....ponder that! I will consider closing my complaints and removing my reviews if and only if...this issue is resolved satisfactorily.

I have always had great experiences here until my most recent visit. I had been waiting an hour for a procedure on a day that was very busy for me and couldnt wait another hour/ I told the assistant while he went about setting up for the procedure and he said "oh, you know how it is. Sometimes you have to wait. Were doing our best" instead of "Im really sorry for the delay. Let me check and see what is going on. I understand you have a lot to do today" That its true that there a times a person has to wait a ridiculous amount of time to see a medical professional--much longer than they would ever wait for you--was irrelevant. It was the wrong day and I never complain. And the one time that I expressed frustration, I got a mini lecture, not sympathy or an apology. That one of the dentists I had seen here recently recommended this procedure --and another I had seen did not, did not help. It undermined my confidence in this place and the dentists employed there. Left after one hour..getting another opinion.

The staff here is very nice. The wait is way too long. The last 3 times Ive gone the wait was horrendous. I arrive promptly 10 minutes early and my child is not seen until 2 hours into her appointment. Once we waited nearly an hour and a half before finally the front desk offered to reschedule our appointment. The common excuses are they are understaffed. But every time? Last appointment was at 10 am. There were 4 other patients in the waiting room. I was never offered a time frame or status of the appointment. Finally after a hour I asked how long and got the same lame excuses and was given the impression it would be quite a bit longer. I wish they would offer a time frame upon arriving for appointment or a call ahead to let us know Id rather wait with the kids at home which is 5 minutes away rather than a lame boring waiting room. Although the staff is friendly customer service and appointment organization are atrocious!

I absolutely love coming to Absolute Dental on Cheyenne. I have been coming here for a few years and every time I am treaty excellent by all the staff memebers especially by Darlene. Before I met Darlene I had tarter build up. The first time she took care of my dental health I started to become more aware and dicipline. I got concern learning that I had tarter build up and many questions were asked all which Darlene was more than happy to answer. I felt as though she was giving me all the secretes of what to do and not to. Now, I am proud to say that I have a daily routine to keep my pearly whites tarter free and healthy. Knowing that every 6 months I will see Darlene motivates me to keep them clean and healthy and I motivate my younger brother to do the same. I enjoy coming to this location and recommend it everyone who wants a legandary customer service.

All the staff is very nice and helpful. Dr Navales is a wonderful skilled dentist and a very nice person. During one of my appointments I had the pleasure of meeting the Ceo of Absolute Dental while in the treatment chair.. Not only is he very personable, and approachable , but very involved in the patients and how their overall experiences have been. That impressed me as a patient.The front office staff, and back office staff including the dentists and oral surgeons here really care. I have been treated by both here..Very important and appreciated by me.. Thank you Absolute Dental on Cheyene in Las Vegas :)

This is the best location of absolute dental. They might be busy but my wait is never terrible. Darlene (the hygeinist) was great! Quick and wonderfully thorough. Dr. Navales was fantastic. She was conservative in her treatments and her biggest goal is to save each tooth she worked on, not just drill out down and get a crown on it like other dentists Ive seen in the past. I have an Absolute Dental less than a mile from my home, but its worth the drive to come to this wonderful location and have such a better experience!

Very clean office! That is a must for me. It shows me that they care. The front desk staff is very attentive. Priscilla answered all my questions and was able to accommodate my availability. She answered all my questions and was very patient. The dental staff was very thorough and fast! They were clear on what was going on and ran through a list of options. I never felt hurried or unattended. Great staff all around! Highly recommend.

My experience has been good in bad. The staff is wonderful. however I have had a bad experience with billing. although I have always given my insurance info and paid the deductible or any additional charge the still messed up my accounts and sent me to a credit agency in error. They mistakenly sent accounts that were paid. this mistake happen several times to me, husband and children and took time and effort on my part to correct.

I am very pleased with the work of DDS Sarah Kitchen and her assistant Lucy. Ms. Kitchen is a very skilled and confident dentist. Wth her young looks it gave me an impression the first time If she was expritenced and made me a bit uneasy. But boy, wasnt I wrong. I should also mention the other office personnel to their warmth dealing with patients. They got my vote and they have high place on my recommendation list!
