Last week I called after seeing the dental special deals at Sahara Dental. I asked how much a cleaning and exam together was and i was told $49.00 I made a appt. over the phone and was giving the address Sahara Dental 9690 W Tropicana Ave Las Vegas, NV 89147. I showed up at my 9 am appt. and it was even the right office. So from that office i called again and I apologized but for some reason i was given the wrong address and id be there ASAP! Sahara dental assistant says, "You dont have a appt. at this office". Now Im pretty upset but sucked it up and made the new appt. for Noon and also asked before I went to confirm i had the cleaning and X-rays for the same $49.00 deal to make sure it was the right place, because i was already confused on whats going on. The woman on the phone said "Yes". So i go to my appt. a little before Noon and fill out my new patient paperwork, get called back and then the fun times start… I asked as i walked in and sat down "Im paying $49.00 for my cleaning and X-rays today, How much would it be to do a deep cleaning?" She ignored me and began. This little asian girl, very nice but kept messing up the X-rays. She must have did 30 shots of my teeth and took a half hour, that was the longest i have ever sat for X-rays in my life. Now my gums and roof of my mouth is bleeding and still throbbing while Im typing this. SO after the torture, the doctor comes in and says you have 4 cavities and pressed hard on my teeth and then walked away… The last women came in 5 sec. after the Dentist and says for your 4 cavities The X-rays and cleaning it will be $900.00. Do you want to pay now..We offer a year payment credit plan also. I was like "Im sorry but Im moving in 3 weeks and cant afford that right now" She continued pressuring me until i said "I absolutely cannot do it". She walked away and was rude and I followed her asking when do i have my cleaning and she says "you dont" I was confused and asked "But i was told 3 times that for the cleaning and X-rays it would be $49.00". She said No i was wrong in a very rude manner took my card rung it and didnt even say have a nice day or anything..Completely ignored me and was cold as a fish. That was my awesome day with Sahara Dental Center 4121 West Sahara Avenue Las Vegas NV 89102

Although Ive always taken good care of my teeth (brushing and flossing), I had not been to see a dentist in a number of years. My family is in the business (hygienist sister and office manager mother) but they are out-of-state. Using their guidelines, I searched dentists in my part of town and found Sahara Dental. I had a slightly chipped front tooth that was bothering me. In addition, my exam found one broken filling and another which needed replacement due to decay. I scheduled two separate appointments to take care of them. The office is clean, bright, modern, and professional. The (dental) doctor was happy to answer any questions, had a great touch, and all of the experiences were virtually pain-free. The prices were reasonable. (Who wants the cheapest dentist on the block)? I will continue to get my dental needs met at Sahara Dental.

Horrible place. Very greedy doctor. The girls upfront wanted to sell me extra stuff all the time. Was very annoy by that. Took 30 x-rays and the doctor didnt even look in my mouth but already find 2 cavities on x-ray and wanted to treat right away, which can cause root canal. ( without looking inside). Then she wanted to pool my healthy wisdom tooth because my insurance covering. Couldnt perform regular cleaning but wanted to do deep cleaning with upselling extra stuff. Been told that I have huge infection in my mouth, when for the past 4 years I didnt even have cavities... my old doctor retired. Very disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience at Sahara Dental. The staff was very friendly, the office wait wasn’t bad at all, especially after my last dentist, and the doctor and assistant were super nice and reassuring to me. I get very nervous going to dentists but I was much calmer once I spoke with the doctor. I had my teeth cleaned and they came out great! I have made a follow up appointment because I have some more things I need done and I won’t be so nervous next time knowing what my next experience will consist of. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend Sahara Dental.

Excellent experience at Saharas dental office. I came in early, verified some paperwork and within minutes of arriving I was seen by the dentist. Everyone was smiling and just happy to be at work. I had a few things done. A cleaning, extraction, and two fillings which only took about an hour. The dentist is very pleasant to speak too and lets you know exactly whats going on with your teeth. I was very relaxed. Overall time spent in office hour and a half which seemed to just fly by thanks too everyone who works there.

Every time I come to Sahara Dental, they treat me like one of the family. They are thoughtful, attentive to details and care about the progress their patients make. They are knowledgeable about insurance matters and have helped make sure I never have to pay for something needlessly. They also advise patients in advance of any unusual charges in writing to be sure of customer satisfaction. I actually look forward to my quarterly cleanings because of their friendly and competent staff.

Extremely rude customer service. I did not have $50 for my deductible so instead of working with me they scolded me on a late cancelation and said I would have to pay it anyway. I was not trying to cancel my appointment, just didnt have the $50 and wondered what options I had. The receptionist was extremely rude about it and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Never going there again. Customer service training might be a wise investment for that office.

All the reviews got me to call Sahara Dental to make an appointment. They made sure I understood everything that I went in for. All the smiles and good attitudes was all Insaw today. My first visit today at Sahara Dental and it was an awesome experience. From beginning to end and they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and definitely going to go here from now on for all my dental needs.

Awesome experience with them. 5 stars plus. They have a polite staff at both locations and the Dentist at Tech that worked with me made my teeth look better than they ever have. The Summerlin location is a bit of a better office looks wise but the one on Sahara is just as great and the team works at both. I will have to get the name of the people who worked with me because I will refer everyone to them!

My small children and I have been patients at Sahara Dental for about 5 years. Dr. Keshmiri and her staff have always been very friendly and accommodating to us. They always make us feel very comfortable. The quality of the work is excellent! Patient care is their main concern. Their fees are very reasonable and they offer many discounts. I strongly recommend Sahara Dental!!
