I am very disappointed. I generally have had a wonderful experience at this practice. However, I scheduled an appointment two months in advance, I did not receive a confirmation call so I left a message the evening before my appointment. I received a follow up call the morning after and the receptionist proceeded to tell me how she and another co-worker spoke with me the day before the appointment and I cancelled both mine and my daughters appointments. I was spoken to at first with the tone that this was all my fault for cancelling. I NEVER SPOKE WITH ANYONE. Im highly upset. We waited two months for these appointments and now unfortunately I will be going elsewhere. I hope they figure out who in fact the patients were that somehow cancelled two appointments that were not theirs!!! I manage a doctors office and the way this was handled is completely unacceptable. I would never treat my patients with such disregard!

This is the first place i actually say i am satisfied i have gone to other Dentist but it does not compare nothing like this place. The staff is the friendliest i have ever encounter in a Dr. office they have so much energy always smiling and being so friendly i would recommend this office to everyone. The service they provide is over 100%. Even DR. Amy is always smiling and friendly she did miracle on my teeth she took away the long 18 month pain i had in just about 30 min, she know what she is doing thank Silver State Smile for your help and service you have provided me, i will always return to you guy with or with out insurance even thought i am scare of dentist just because of the amazing service you guys provide thanks again.

This is as good as it gets! Its a small boutique dentist office that has a friendly staff. They even cover quite a bit of different kinds of insurances. They also have cool incentives if you recommend people. Ive had my cavities filled, a chipped front tooth replaced, and a mouth guard made for myself. No one could even tell I had a front tooth replaced (color matched too). I also have a bottom retainer from previously having braces, and she cleans it perfectly every time I visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

Take every notion you have ever had about Dentists and throw it out the window. These ladies are amazing. They are all kind and caring and they put a positive spin on everything in the office. You instantly feel welcome and part of the family. Dont get me wrong they arent just a bunch of pretty faces, they really know their stuff too. I left feeling good about the future of my oral heath and I look forward to returning. Yes really! I am looking forward to going back to this Dentist. Look no further, this is where you want to be.

If youre looking for a dentist, look no further. Make an appointment now to Silver State Smiles. I am one of those people who hates going to the dentist, Dr Amy completely changed my mind about that. Dr Tongsiri and team are FANTASTIC!! My experience was great and I absolutely believe everyone in the office truly care about every single patient, taking their time to explain every procedure and answer any question you may have.

Absolutely exceptional service and GREAT staff. Cant say enough good things about Dr Amy. Weve have tried out several dentists in the last few years - all but one were good dentists and nice. Silver State takes Good and Nice to Great and Excellent. :) Our sone loves them too. Thats a great compliment from a 9 year old to a dentist.
