I was on vacation in Las Vegas with my husband and suddenly got severe pain from my tooth which led into a terrible pain that kept me up all night. I did not know any dentists in the area and came across Dr. Scott Biggs on Google search. He was the only person who took me in for an emergency appointment as a new patient. The staff was extremely professional and welcoming. They ensured Im taken care of right away. Dr. Biggs was phenomenal. He conducted the root canal procedure quickly and effectively. He did an excellent job, he is clearly talented and I would like to mention that his nice, polite, and confident yet laid back personality was extremely helpful as it gave me, the patient, trust that everything will be ok and it was! When I came back from my trip to get the permanent filling, my dentist told me how nice of a job the root canal was! I highly recommend Dr. Biggs to everyone. You will feel perfectly treated with full peace of mind from the moment you walk in the practice until you leave. Thank you very much Dr. Biggs for accepting a last minute emergency appointment from an out of towner and helping me enjoy the rest of my weekend with my husband in Vegas, totally pain-free!

Scott was great, the company however is terrible. I went in over a year ago for some work, got paperwork saying something like "Estimated X amount to be paid", paid X amount. Got a letter over half a year later saying I owed money. Apparently "estimated" is exactly what they mean, oh its estimated so they can charge you more after for whatever reason, almost half a thousand dollars. My bill literally went up 50% because they felt like using an "estimate". Would not recommend.

I was having horrible pain from nerve damage in my back teeth on my right side. Biggs immediately helped ease my pain and ended up doing a great job on my root canal. Him and the office staff were very friendly and always made sure I felt comfortable!!
