My husband went to see this dentist because his tooth was hurting. They took 18 x-rays and did a routine inspection. The dentist said he does not have a cavity and that hes clinching his teeth at night. Asked him to start using Sensodine to brush and put in on his tooth. They also asked him to buy a mouth guard which costs $470 ! We followed their advice. After he got home, his tooth hurt really bad and he couldnt even eat a banana or soft boil eggs. We went to Walgreens to get something to stop the pain. At night the pain was so bad he couldnt sleep and had to take Tylenol PM. Next day, he had to fly to OK for a funeral. In OK, the pain was so bad he went to see another dentist. This time, the dentist painted a sealant on his tooth, then blew air on it, to check if it hurts, then they put very cold water on it and check the pain, it didnt hurt any more. Obviously this dentist at Affordable Dental II at the Painted Mirage location wasnt much help at all. They just wanted to make money from the mouth guard.

People or places in Las Vegas that I recommend are very few and far between. HOWEVER, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and especially Dr. Tiburcio. He genuinely cares about you and demonstrates it in his "chairside" manner. Explaining the procedures and making certain you are aware of what is happening and that you are comfortable. He takes time with each patient and you know you are valued and appreciated as well as cared for. His staff is second to none and very caring and friendly as well. Obviously Dr. Tiburcios wonderful attitude permeates thoughout his whole office. What a refreshing and welcome change from so may of the dental offices that always seem to hard sell and push high priced services. Never thought I would actually look forward to visiting a dentist but these are real people with genuine hearts looking at you as a person. On top of this the root canal and the cap I had done was excellent on all counts.

Your search is over, this is the dental office youve been searching for. If youve been looking for a referral from a friend or coworker to find a GOOD dentist, who really is knowledgeable, kind, friendly and is trustworthy; consider me your friend and here is your recommendation. I think everyone cringes going to a dentist, and I for one have had my share of upselling dental offices, trying to sell you on the latest greatest thing and hygienists and staff that were less than stellar. The entire office staff is very courteous, professional and kind. Their office is very clean and I cannot begin to RAVE enough about the good service I have received over and over again. They are thorough, prompt and never keep me waiting more than five minutes. I will sing from the mountaintops for anyone who is listening this A1, A+, 5 star service. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Kristen M. is nothing short of amazing!! The girls at the desk are just as fabulous. Ive never been anywhere that has so many friendly faces :o) My dentist of 15 years moved out of the state and I was so hesitant switching dental offices. Im sure glad I did. Today was my second visit for a cleaning and I again got the same wonderful service. They are good at calling/texting to remind you of your appointment and I never have to wait long. Going to the dentist isnt a place I look forward to going but they definitely make it a lot easier.

a couple things the receptionist lied to me and told me it was the law that we had to pay for and receive xrays. I called the NV Dentist Board and they said this was not true. my husband and I have both received two cleanings at this location and despite the fact that neither of us has had any cavities, fillings or otherwise, they have told us alarming things to try and get us to pay for more services. very poor service - very disappointed - not affordable

Quite honestly, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and courtesy, the honest and upfront pricing, the willingness to answer EVERY question, and the overall sense of "they care about me" that was shown by everyone- from the phone call to schedule my appointment to when I was walking out the door and was told, "Thank you" by a staff member. Wow! And a special thanks to Dr. Tiburcio and Dwayne.

A dead root. Yikes, A prior dental Practice did not do a proper root canal. In fact they billed for it and did not even .... whatever. So years later the fraud was fixed at AD II - Then,,,, the billing codes were a bit off and we fixed it, conveyed our facts, and the Delta Insurance firm and AD II dental agreed to the correction. This is big - we fix , and in this case, they adjusted - 5 star!

Love this place! Been going here since 2014. The staff is friendly. Love the girls at the front desk, especially Natasha. They are the reason I keep coming back. My only vice is if I pick a later appointment time Im sitting waiting to be called (Saturday Ortho appts). Affordable prices, great dental work, and nice staff are worth it here. I recommend this place to my friends and family.

The best dental office Ive been to. The front desk staff and the dental assistants are courteous and nice. I have been going for more than a year to get regular cleanings and for yearly exams with Dr. Tiburcio. Dr. Tiburcio is approachable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I am the type of person that will only see the dentist if I am in pain. This was the case an I must say I was treated very well. I had to get two tooth extractions and they talked to me an understood my fears and were very gentle. For the first time in my life, I will be back again an again. THANKS DR.
