I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have been taking my son here since July 2015 and every time we have had an amazing experience. I had previously taken him to another childrens dentist and we had the worst experience ever. The staff did not know how to deal with children. Because of that experience we were both scared going into tiny tooth but we were quickly put at ease. Yes their no show policy is very strict but I completely understand. I work at a doctors office and I know how inconvenient it is to have appointments show up late or worse not show up at all especially with out notice. The policy is clearly stated and they give several reminders before your appointment so there is no excuse for not being able to call and cancel your appointment ahead of time. They are a busy practice because they are great and if you want to go you should make an effort to follow their policies and show up to the appointment you schedule. However, despite being a busy practice we have never spent over an hour in there, from the moment we check in to the moment we check out. I have been to many doctors offices in my lifetime and this is definitely the fastest.

I took my toddlers there for a check up, & after waiting nearly 2 hrs., the dentist came in and did a cursory exam without actually cleaning my kids teeth. (I thought it goes w/out saying that check-ups include cleanings but maybe not) She wasnt rude or anything but defnitely had no special way with kids. When I said "Im so glad youre here, my kdis are climbing the walls", she said "Busy practice". Later, the bill showed x rays for my 2 year old daughter, though she didnt have xrays done because she is so young. When I called about this, the receptionist said "they wouldnt be on the bill if we didnt do them". I asked her politely to go check: the actual file, the dental hygenist, etc...When she returned, she said "youre right, Ill have the xrays taken off the bill" but did not apologize. When I got the statement from MetLife, the xrays were still on the bill. WHen I called again, the receptionist said the refund to MefLife had been issued a refund, then hung up.

My daughter had a visit with this office and I was very displeased with their services. They insisted my daughter need dental surgery because of her front teeth that are going to fall out anyway (she is 3) have cavitis. I was reluctant and wanted a second opinion because this is my baby afterall. I requested copies of my daughters xrays and they REFUSED to give them to me until my insurance paid them. I informed them that they cannot legally withhold her records and that I would report them to the Dental board. Upon my threat they did mail the records. Then MONTHS later, I recieve an email asking if I was still interested in having outpatient surgery on my daughter. Is that not a question that you would want to call the client to discuss not send an unprofessional email. I will NEVER use them again.

These reviews are fake! take a look for yourself at the users who posted them. I took my daughter here today after she broke her tooth at school, and IT IS NO 5 star facility. The dentist was nice and most of the staff aswell, however the girl in the front office who checked us out was EXTREMELY RUDE. She answered my questions with questions. Disregarded my concerns, and was argumentative. While SMACKING HER GUM AND ROLLING HER EYES the whole time. She refused to hear anything I had to say unless it was about scheduling an appointment for a cleaning, yet wouldnt answer the questions necessary for me to make it. NOT THRILLED, THEY NEED A NEW RECEPTIONIST.

I saw the previous review to this and was very worried about taking my daughter to this practice but I already had an appointment and ended up going anyway. I can honestly say Ive never been treated better at a dentist office. The place was very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and I got to the back very quickly. Dr. LaLande was great with my daughter, she was fussy and crying and Dr. LaLande exhibited patience that is unparalleled. I was truly impressed. The service is impeccable and Id recommend Childrens Dental Care to anyone seeking a great childrens specialist.

I took my daughters to their first dental appointment to Childrens Dental Care and they had a great experience! The place had ipads and TVs which my girls thought was so cool. My 4yr old was great taking x-rays and letting the staff clean her teeth but when it was my 3yr olds turn she was crying and not having it. Luckily, the doctor and staff were very understanding and friendly, they let her know that there was nothing to be scared of. We will be definitely be coming back to see Dr. LaLande and her great staff.

My daughter had to have some major dental work done. Dr. Carla LaLande was incredibly patient with my daughter through the entire visit. Dr. LaLande explained exactly what caused my daughters cavities, and showed her how to take better care of her teeth so she wouldnt have problems again. The entire staff was so nice and friendly. My daughter even said she was a little scared, but that Dr. LaLande made her feel better.

All three of my children are ARE..well WERE patients there and one time we missed an apt and forgot to call they are now refusing to see my child again at this dentist..what a ridiculous policy....They would rather lose three patients there then forgive that i missed an appointment....BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE>>>i guess they dont care about their patients there....THUMBS DOWN!!!! ZERO STARS

tiny tooth does a great job at helping my kids feel comfortable, which is nice because they are the only pediatric dentist nearby..i recommend these folks to anybody in the summerlin area..
