Terrible experience! I will not send anybody to that office, They charged me as a medical emergency when I went for eye glasses, and that was a no charge visit" they have the worse schedule and they were not honest. I do not mind paying if that was what I needed but I needed glasses and I did call and ask if I will have to pay for that they say no, same as my Insurance. I had blood in my eye because high blood pressure and I had already been at the Dr. and been diagnosed. I just needed to know if even though the eye was bloody I can have the eye test. I never said it was an emergency! I will put no stars if I could. I really am upset about it.

While the doctor does his job ok, The main problem is they claim to have fast service and that you can do same day pick up. I paid and extra 250$ for my glass to get what was recommended for me. I then had to wait for almost three weeks before I could get the glass. No discount! Heck not even a Call! I had to go in there and check up on them and do my own foot work. They are slow and they really dont care about you once they have you on the hook. To be honest not much different then other eye places but they try to sell themselves as they are different. I would not trust the BS it I were you.

Thanks Dr. Kreda:) Shout out to Justin! What a great help. For years I have been unable to wear glasses due to discomfort. Justin solved this problem within minutes! Now I can wear my contacts during the day and take them out at night and use my glasses to binge my favorite TV in bed (without the worry of falling asleep with my contacts in. OUCH!!) Dr. Kreda is a very knowledgeable optometrist. He was patient with me no matter how many times I asked to see 1 or 2 again! I think I have finally found an optometrist I trust!:) I would give 6 stars if possible!!

Kreda Eye Care has the BEST doctor! He provided me with such great advice on how to proceed with the issues I had been having. Not only was he able to help me figure out my problem, he found a solution that would save me money! The staff was incredibly helpful. My schedule was pretty tight but they WAITED for me to get there instead of closing. I could not be more grateful for the help Dr. KREDA gave me and how kind and helpful the staff was!

The doctor seems very knowledgeable and thorough. The prices for the glasses are reasonable and their staff is courteous and friendly. The only issue I had was involving re-scheduling, but they did their best to resolve it.
