If only I could rate this dentist lower I would. When I first went to them I loved them, they were nice, and friendly. That was until I had an emergency and had to go to another dentist to get a service done because derringer dental couldnt get me in. When I had told them about this they got all defensive and said we couldve gotten you in if we knew what was going on. Thats when things started to go down hill. I had an Appointment scheduled with them to do some more fillings, and then I got news that my Grandfather had passed away. I called 23 hours prior to the appointment, to cancel it, and reschedule it. They had rescheduled it, but then less than a half hour later they called me back to tell me that they couldnt keep my appointment, and that if I need any future appointments I will have to give them a 50% down payment to reserve my spot. When I asked them why this was they told me it was because I had cancelled with short notice; Mind you the official period is 24 hours for cancellation. I had told them the reason I had to cancel was because my Grandfather had passed away, and I had to fly out to South Dakota for the funeral the same day as my appointment. Her response was Oh well we understand that but we need more of a notice, all while saying it in a voice like she really doesnt care at all. So the fact that this dentist employees rude people who dont give a rats ass about a death in the family I will take my money elsewhere. That goes without mentioning while I was at the other dentist getting the emergency fixed he had taken full X-Rays of my mouth, and found cavities where Derringer had supposedly already fixed, along with another spot that wasnt finished right. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get these two areas fixed when they shouldve been done right the first time. Lastly anyone having troubles with this dentist like I am dont bother posting a comment to their Facebook page as they pick, and choose which comments they let the public see to make it look like they are a well loved dentist, which is far from the truth.

I have been a patient of Dr Derringer for almost 4 years now, and I have always had great experiences in the office. Dr Derringer is always honest with me about the condition of my teeth, and advises me on the best course of treatment. The hygienists are great. They dont lecture me and make me feel like a child. I have never had a problem making an appointment, I always book my next appointment with the hygienist before I leave so I can get the time that I need. When I have needed a filling or a crown the ladies at the front desk have worked with me to find the best appointment and have so much experience and knowledge about insurance that I always have an idea about how much the work will cost me before I come to my appointment. The thing I love most about this office is the atmosphere.... you can tell these ladies really LOVE their jobs. They are always happy and having fun, but are still professional. Great Office - Ive recommended it to all my friends and family members.

Ive used Dr. Derringer for over a decade and absolutely love this place. Amazing employees and a wonderful experience all of the way from the front desk to the dental chair. The staff is very qualified and friendly, and Dr. derringers skill, knowledge, and personality cannot be put in to words. The employees here put you at ease and do an excellent job every time. One of my favorite parts of this office is that they tell you what they are doing to your mouth and how that will help solve your problem. Its your body, you deserve to be kept informed, and they know it! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Derringer and her staff.
