I have been going to this childrens group for a while with both of my children. I spoke with the receptionist 2 days in a row informing her of me possibly having to cancel my childrens appointment. On the second day, I confirmed that I would need to cancel and call back to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, a different young lady informed me that I had to pay a $50 cancelation fee prior to rescheduling their appointments. Not one time did the previous young lady inform me of a cancellation fee. If I had known that upfront, theres a chance I would have made arrangements for my children to keep their appointment. I think it is unacceptable for a healthcare industry that makes a substantial amount of money with and without insurance companies playing a part to ask for an additional fee for children who can not drive themselves to their doctor’s appointment. As a WORKING PARENT I can not take off for non-urgent appointments and then be informed AFTER the fact of a $50 late fee on top of the thousands of dollars you have already received from me throughout the years. Unaccusable and unacceptable. This shows that you all are not in it for the love of children but for the love of money!!!

It was akin to going to a seedy tattoo shop. Open patient areas isnt sanitary. Staff seemed more interested in my sons unique hair than much else. Told to go to a room that was already occupied. Lots of "wheres so and so? I dunno." Someone needs to manage that place to run smoothly vs the chaos of overbooked, nobody knows where anybody is or what theyre doing, or where to send their patients kind of mess thats going on in there. I will say the staff was nice at least, but my child isnt a cat or dog, so please dont assume he wants you to pet his hair in awe.

Love, love, love Childrens Dental Group. The staff is always so nice and friendly and my kids never complain about going there for their cleanings (if you can believe that).
