Hello. My wife and I have been cared for by Dr. Smith for over twenty five years. He looked after my children through their youth and college. He is a very caring and kind man. He is very skilled and professional in his practice. Dr.Smith has done wonders for my teeth through the years. His staff is excellent. Combined, his group clean and probe my my mouth using current technology to keep me healthy. Each six months, Dr.Smith always consults with me after his inspection of my mouth. He is very attentive not only to my teeth and gums, but to my overall health. He has me in good shape. In the past, when I needed extensive non emergency dental work he was always up front about the cost. He would prioritize the needs and schedule them to keep me with in my insurances yearly reimbursements. His pricing has always been accepted by our insurances. I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Smith and I would sincerely recommend his family dentistry. One his finer points is he does not believe in pain! Thank you.

Avoid this place. My wife went in to get a cleaning and filling. They did not go over a treatment plan and used a filling that is not covered by our insurance. They also claimed that her cleaning was only partially covered. When I called to discuss this, I was given the run around and eventually she kept repeating "Im not going to argue". I go to a different dentist and would recommend any other office in a 15 mile radius than these idiots. Stay away from Keith Smith and his backwoods office ladies.

Ive been going to Dr. Smith for 14 years. Dr. Smith and his staff treats everyone like a family member, with patience and care. I like how hes a perfectionist and strives to make your smile the way you want it to be. While working on your teeth he consistently ask you how you are doing and describes what hes going to do next. Hes the first painless dentist Ive been to! Keep up the good work Dr. Smith and staff!!!
