Dr. Thomas is very nice and very professional but some of the front desk staff could work on their customer service skills. Every experience I have had with the front desk ends with me being made aware of a huge payment that is expected. I would have liked to be made know this before I come to the appointment. This would have allowed me to be prepared or reschedule until I get the payment that is requested. I show up and then I am told I have this payment that I was not prepared to pay. I asked if I could make a payment arrangement and I was told no I had to pay a certain amount before any services could be given. I do have dental insurance . After investigating my dental insurance the dental billing was coded incorrect. I guess that would explain why my out of pocket was so expensive. I am not happy about the customer service it needs to be more customer friendly. I left feeling like my dental needs were not met and the work needed not completed.

I had my first visit to East West Family Dental and it was a very pleasant and efficient experience. Staff was very educational and assuring that I understood everything. I appreciate the fact they immediately created a dental schedule for me and actually started right away ( today). Versus just taking x-rays and scheduling me another day; Considering it was an emergency visit and I was a new patient. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Im always have a great experience during my visit with Dr. Thomas and her staff. Today I needed to get in right away, and they made it happen for me. Dr. Thomas is always gentle with me and does a great job at calming my fears when I have to get the shot. Even though Ive moved to the other side of town, Im more than happy to make the drive simply due to their awesome hospitality. Thanks Dr. Thomas and team!

This practice is great! Dr. Thomas is very attentive and offers many services in her practice. My 5 y/o also goes here and absolutely loves going to the dentist! They do a great jobs with the kids and adults alike. The office manager Teresa took extra time to fix a billing issue when our insurance changed. Other offices would have left it up to me to fix. I cant say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are amazing. I have never been to fond of being in the dentists chair. However, my experience with Dr. Thomas changed that for me and I appreciate her for that. I also appreciate the friendliness of her as well as her staff. I was so amazed by the services that I have already scheduled appointments for the entire family. Great Dental clinic and they deserve 2 thumbs up!

Austell dentist, Dr. Tia Thomas, is very personable and professional. The dental staff is a reflection of the dentist and everyone genuinely cares for you. If you need a dentist in Austell for general dentistry or emergency dentistry, I would recommend East West Family Dental over any other Austell dentist. They also offer financing if you dont have insurance.

My wifes English is good until she gets nervous and dentists make her nervous; although, I am sure she will relax having met such a nice staff and dentist. Thanks!

Dr. Thomas and her staff are wonderful! They show true concern for their patients and their well being. I highly recommend her and her staff for those that are "iffy" on dentist.
