Its unfortunate that I had to give such a poor review not because of the doctors but because of the unprofessional, disrespectful, very rude staff. Especially LaTasha. Lately it takes 10-15mins just to speak to someone about scheduling an appt. To have to wait that long & to be treated sooo poorly is unacceptable for my family. Its very sad but I will be changing pediatricians because of this & its very hard because I was once a patient myself of Dr.Kline so to have my children seen by this office was something I once took pride in. Its just a sad situation all around.

This is sad to call an office to make a new appoinment and you get told that they cant see your son at that office. I have an appointment on the first week of school and I wasnt going to make him miss the first week so I called to reschedule and they said you cant bring him anymore because you cant make it to the appoinment. The girl I was talking to is so rude and hung up the phone on me. All I can say is Im glad they show me the kind of customer service they had and now I can find a better place with better customer service for my son.. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

My 3 kids have been seing dr.intody for 4 years streight, my kids love their doctor there is a reason why its hard to get booked with her as a patient she is so good ! I love my pediatrician and the staff are ok yea they get an attitude but u have to get passt that if u dont like something speak up , we have a say so , and so far all i can say is my doctor is the best choice ive ever made and i wont change her for anything
