They had the longest wait times, booked 3 people for one appointment time. Once they called us back we would sit in the room nearly 40 min.s every time ! Not to mention supppper small rooms with a 2 year old and 4 year old.. The front desk people were helpful but the way it was organized with appointment times was HORRIBLE.. With young children in a small room they tried getting into everythinggg, they did not have locks on any cabinets at all including their sample containers which my children got into at one point and when she finally came in said "oh no dont touch that" what do you expect get child locks in your rooms you leave us in for 45 min plus! when she finally did see our child it was very very rushed and she was very short with you and always tried to hurry out the door. She was so rushed sometimes I couldnt even remember what i was needing to bring up at the time of the appointment! I would then have to tell someone there i needed to ask her one more thing.. then wait for another 15 min.s before she rushed back in and out again.

I personally like the service rendered by Dr. Dianalan and her staff. I never have a problem with getting a same day appointment or any other scheduling, the staff listens to my wants and needs when it comes to this and they accommodate them. Yes the waiting area and rooms are small but Im not complaining due to her thoroughness and the fact that she completely explains EVERYTHING and properly cares for the needs of EVERY SINGLE ONE of her patients. She does her job well and in a decent time frame. She has been my childrens physician since we relocated here from La in 2016. She is an AWESOME doctor and I appreciate her being the kind, quick, caring, thorough, and explains everything doctor that she is. My husband, my kids and I appreciate you Dr.Dianalan and your staff very very much. Thank you all for your above and beyond excellent service.

This has been my youngest doctor since birth and he is now 5 years old. My older boys 8,16 attend here as well. I have had same day appointments morning and afternoon. I have only waited a long time only once in an afternoon appointment. I have gone in to take my oldest son and she remembers my youngest last appointments due to him wheezing as a infant. He is professional, polite, fast, knowledgeable, and I wouldnt change unless I moved far away. My children and myself are sick now so I will be making an appointment soon, and as I looked I am searching for a doctor myself I decided to write a review that is long over due. This doctor is wonderful.

This has been my sons doctor since he was a toddler. She is wonderful and he gets excited to see her and her staff every time we go in, I went to school with one of her nurses so I know first hand how wonderful the nurses are. I love the fact that she doesnt just give you medicine and really gets down to the root of the problem and explains everything to you. I see a few complaints on here about wait time but with any office depending on the time you go there could and will be a small wait, when you work with sick kids you cant rush that and you should be considerate of that childs time being seen just as you are of your own wanting to be seen.

The wait time is about 2 hours! They dont care if your child is sick. You wait for about an hour or two and then they take you to the room and you wait another 45mins to an hour. Im going to get a new pediatrician for my child. It should be illegal to book so many patients in one hour. Once the doctor comes in, shes so rushed and you can hardly understand her. If you are thinking about bringing your child to this doctor, please dont. Even when you make an appointment they dont see you till about 2 hours later. I would recommend to keep looking for a more caring doctor. One that cares for you childs time and the parents time.

I had no problems. She was quick, explained everything very well, got us what we needed for my baby to feel better. I like how efficient she is. I had no long wait time. Nurses were nice. We just moved from Oklahoma and they are transferring stuff I forgot to do myself. I really like her. A lady that knows what shes doing.

Shes an excellent doctor and her staff also. The doctor explains everything very thoroughly and shes a doctor that doesnt work just for the money she cares for her patients. Ive been going to her since my son was born and now hes 5 months and i intend to keep on going to her.

when i got here i thought i was in a ghetto mexican doctors office. 20+ people in the waiting room everyone looks and acts like trash. 2 hour wait and nowhere to sit. worst ever dont bring your kid here if u care about them. they book 10 patients per hour

Wait time is obsurd here. Appointments are pointless, as you will still have to wait at least 2 hours, then another hour in the back room! Why accept new patients if you are over booked?! Theres only one reason a Physician will do this $$$.

Dr. Dianalan has been seeing both of my children for the past 6 years. My daughter is always excited to see her. The office is clean and everyone is polite. The doctor explains everything clearly.

Wait time is ridiculous. Expect to wait atleast 2 hours or longer to be seen after your appointment time. Will be looking for a new doctor soon.

I love her. My daughter is now 17 and my son is 20. They have A new Doctor now but they will always remember the great service from this office.
