I made an appt and then read the negative reviews...needless to say, I was a bit skeptical. I was so incredibly, pleasantly surprised by the entire staff at this Spring location! Dr Carr is an absolute doll! I was treated promptly and professionally and couldnt be happier about the entire experience. I had a few spots for her to check out. She immediately confirmed what they were except for one. She removed some of it and it is being biopsied this week. I have already referred my son to her! My next visit will be at her Woodlands location. I hope they are prepared as they have big shoes to fill! :)

Dr. Carr saw my 14 year old daughter for a mole biopsy earlier this spring. My daughter was very nervous and Dr. Carr was patient and kind while getting the biopsy done quickly and accurately. I read someone elses review that she had terrible customer service and no people skills. I cannot even imagine a scenario where that could be true. She is honestly one of the nicest doctors Ive ever encountered and my daughter says she is the BEST doctor ever.

I called to ask a question and the lady that answered the phone (Sandra) answered with a deep breath and long sigh before saying hello. As if she absolutely hated her job. Then when I asked how she was doing again a sigh and said good. She had horrible customer service and zero people skills whats so ever. After that brief phone call, I know I will not be making any new customer appointments there.

Ive had the pleasure of going to Doctor Carrs office on and off for many years. Her and her staff have always been professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I highly recommend her office.
