Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctors office! I called before scheduling an appointment to find out if the willowbrook could perform a lip biopsy. I was told by a nurse that they did perform them and that I would need to go for a consultation for the doctor to look at my lip. I scheduled and appointment like I was advised. When I got there, the same nurse I spoke to on the phone want sure if they performed lip biopsies! And then Dr. Olsteen (something along those lines) came in and told me that NONE of the doctors at the office had any experience in this kind of biopsy. He then told me that I could do some blood instead of the biopsy. He needed to get a hold of my rheumatologist first and find a lab that would perform the blood work. He told me that he would call me. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I called the office and left a voicemail. This goes on for two weeks! I had left voicemails every single time I called and never got a call back. I gave up on this office and determined that I would never go back. Two months later, I was sent a bill stating that my insurance did not cover any of the office visit! (I have PPO and I know that this is not true.) turns out, no one filed the claim with the insurance. I called the billing office and was told that it would get sent. A month after that (three months after my appointment), I got another bill stating that I owed $10 additional dollars. I called the billing office to pay it and get this visit over with. The lady told me that they do not accept any payments for this office!!! So I called the office to pay the $10, and SURPRISE SURPRISE! No answer. Pathetic.

Seriously the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. I came to visit Dr. Robert Lin because I have been getting these horrible bumps that itch, so I came to have them checked out. The appointment process was easy. I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out the necessary new patient forms and was not seen for an hour after my appointment time. When the doctor finally came in he didnt let me talk. After a couple of seconds of me talking he interrupted and said that I was having an allergic reaction and tried to prescribe an ointment that I had already been using from a previous doctor for over a month with no positive results. As I tried to explain this to the doctor he cut me off again and told me to get the medicine he is prescribing, use it for a month, then come back to do a biopsy if it didnt work. After that he said bye and walked out of the room. This is the type of doctor that just wants you to keep coming back to pay for his office visits instead of actually helping you. I was in his office literally itching my skin off and bleeding and he showed no signs of concern. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy. You will have better luck somewhere else where the staff actually cares.

Been to this place three times the two times I went and was seen I had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled time and had no problem waiting the third I showed up twenty minutes after the scheduled time due to the fact that I recently moved and am now located in weisthiemer and traffic was terrible so when I showed up they denied me service. Lets just put it this way dont be late because apparently the doctor wont be able to assist you ten minutes after your scheduled time..

My 94 year old mother and myself use Dr Lin. He is very thorough and friendly. The girls in the office are always friendly and helpful! I will continue to use Heights Dermatology at Willowbrook.

Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. .........had skin problem and she quickly fixed it ... cant wait to see what else I can get here to improve my skin .. ☺
