It took over a month to finally be seen for the first time, and in the end it was worthless. The dermatologist diagnosed me with having a contact allergen but didnt recommend doing any testing to find out what the allergen was. Instead I was told to avoid any potential skin irritants, but was given no instruction as to how I was supposed to know what those might be. I was also given a prescription that had no instructions for how long I should be using it or how to tell when to stop, so I kept using it despite the terrible way it made me feel. In the end I went home with a diagnosis that any cursory google search couldve told me. I went back several months later when the prescription still hadnt helped despite using it for 4 months straight, and I didnt know what else to use because I didnt know what kinds of products to avoid. I finally got a referral for allergy testing and another medication to try, but I ended up reacting to that too. I was told I would be given a website where I could buy products that were dermatologist recommended and allergen-free, but what I was actually given was a paper that said maybelline hypo allergenic lip products which yields no results from any search engine. I was told that the allergist would be able to recommend products once the patch testing was done, but he just told me to be vigilant about reading ingredient labels. He was also impatient and barely let me finish a sentence, and at one point actually tried to explain to me the difference between a prescription and an over the counter medication as if I didnt know. He was dismissive and rude, and when I got home after my last appointment with him all I could do was cry. I understand that there were a lot of other patients that needed to be seen that day, but honestly they might have more time for each patient if they didnt try to shove all of their allergy testing into one week out of the month. Whats the point of seeing a patient at all if youre not going to listen to anything they say? Overall this place continually made promises that were never delivered on. Every appointment left me feeling more frustrated and hopeless than I had been when I arrived. Dont waste your time or money on these people.

We want to thank Megan Bartlett for the wonderful treatment that she has provided for my son. It is not only the treatment but her and her nurse Amber Weeks can joke and talk to my son and he enjoys going and feels like hes not a just another patient.
