This place is awesome. Friendly staff, great customer service, on point with scheduling with text message reminders, and most of all...cures my neck pain. Veronica at the front desk is the BEST!!!! Its truly a miracle what they have done. I got in a huge car accident and couldnt move my neck. Instead of surgery I came here on a 9 month rehabilitation program. I was in very extreme pain and they started me off right. Every session became more intense but very effective. Theyve aligned my neck completely. I have almost no pain now whatsoever. The stretches and exercises that increase everyday help with my muscles, ligaments and joints. 3 sessions a week for an hour to hour and a half depending on what was in the regime for that day was the best therapy Ive received in my life. Massages are also great getting all my knots out of my body. The best in my opinion were the injections that gave me to break up scar tissue. Ive never been to a chiropractor with so many available treatments for the right injury. I also love getting acupuncture electric stem which worked effectively with my neck movement. The staff is there to step by step correcting your exercises and posture. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to anyone with any type of injury regarding the spinal cord or any joint or muscle pain. I love this plaza as well. I shop at sprouts all the time and theres a very clean looking VAPE shop right next to BACKFIT with the best juices in town, which vaping saved my life quitting cigarettes. BACKFIT...you are awesome. Thank you for your service...MIRACLES DO HAPPEN!!!

I came to Backfit with a lot of pain especially in my neck and back and I have been to a few different chiropractors throughout the valley, BUT none are as professional, kind and helpful as this one. Best of all they have a nurse practitioner and 2 AMAZING massage therapist Joel and Jackie on site. Im a regular member at Massage Envy and I prefer these therapist over any of the that Ive had at any Massage Envy locations . The front desk staff and recptionist Alicia and Veronica are top notch when it comes to friendliness, professionalism and positive attitudes I could be having a horrible day and walking into Back fit Chiro really brings a smile to my face and its not just because Im getting healed and adjusfed. The terapist personel are great to work with especially Angela. Ive been to many therapist before for many other issues that have to do with injury and by far Angela knows exactly what shes doing. Ive had hip issues, Ive had shoulder issues and she always has the answer to help in my recovery faster, and couldnt ask for more. Not to mention if you want a good workout shell work you alright.. while correcting your issues at the same time. The two doctors on site Dr Jacob and Dr Yaz are knowledgeable friendly and show true sincerity when it comes to my health. My back and neck is seeing unbelievable results and I see a HUGE improvement.

I spent 25 years in constant pain. Always too busy taking care of others, work and life in general, to take a moment to take care of myself. I had tried doctors, pain meds,physiacal therapy, but nothing worked and the pain continued to imcrease year after year. Finally, at the end of my rope, I chose to buy the Massage special through Groupon, but did so knowing it was part of a Chiropractic Office. I hoped that maybe through a combination of mssage and chiropractice, finally there would be some relief to my pain, and some improvement in my mobility. (And worse case scenario - at least I got a massage!) The result of my first visit has been a lifechanging blessing. After the first visit, I was relieved of over 80% of the pain. I am now in my 4th week of treatment and through Miguels healing massages, Peters assistance with physical therapy stretchs and strength building exercises, and Dr. Jakes spine aligning therapy, I feel like I am 95% improved already. I now believe that with continued treatment, I will regain all of my mobility and strength, and finally be released from the pain. Its been nothing short of a miracle in my life. I cant thank the team at BackFit enough. If you are living with back, shoulder or neck pain, pick up the phone, make an appointment, and then run, dont walk to the relief that awaits you!

Wow! Thes guys are absolutely amazing. From the receptionist to the chiropractor and everyone in between, these guys know how to make someone feel welcome. Big thanks to VERONICA and Alicia for always being extremely helpful with my insurance and paperwork. These ladies are stupendous. Also, Darrien, for helping me with my therapy. My pain has decreased through repeated exercise. Hes a really awesome guy, very knowledgeable, real nice, and not to mention, always has the best Nike shoes. Also the massage therapist (Justin or Anthony,) I apologize that I am bad with names. He is beyond good at his job. Somebody give this man a raise! He has me feeling like new with the back and neck massages. Trenton, the PA, is also very nice and knows what hes doing I have to get 6 shots done every time I go, and though it hurts every time, I know these TPIs are helping with the muscle tension. Dr. Jake is an extremely smart man, but he knows how to explain things in a simple manner so that I can understand it. I am very thankful for that. He knows what hes doing, and I look up to this man. Overall, the entire office is great, professional, knowledgeable, and they all work together to keep the place running smooth. I will never go to another chiropractor office again. Thats a promise. Thank you guys!

If you like being in a timeshare sales presentation then youll love this place. The first visit with X-rays was fine, but when I returned for a second visit to review them they tried to sell me a $1860 (on top of insurance) "treatment plan" BUT...if I bought it all now then I could save $300! After I politely but firmly refused, in the second adjustment right after declining the "treatment plan" the chiropractor (Dr Jon) deliberately hurt my neck with a violent neck adjustment and deliberately knocked my hips out of alignment causing me pain for the next 2 days as petty revenge. That total B*st*rd. How can I describe it...? Well, the look on his face was the same as a kid whos telling Mom that hes just playing with his brother right after pushing him in the swimming pool fully clothed. Anyhow, I just left and was SO glad I never included my SS# on the forms. If I had more tangible proof and it was worth it for the money I lost then Id have filed a medical malpractice lawsuit. Instead I choose to share my unpleasant experience through the power of social media and the internet so others dont get mistreated like I was. (FYI: Ive been to other chiropractors so I know what to expect.)

I hurt my back playing basketball, at 37 I was ready to hang up the kicks and take up golf ⛳, luckily for me a Google search brought me to Backfit Phoenix! Ive been going for about 3 months now and havent had any back pain for at least a month and a half, Ive been back to playing ball twice a week and going to the gym with no limitations. Backfit is also more than just a chiropractor, they are very versatile in the type of treatments they offer, in addition too getting adjustments, Ive received physical therapy, massage therapy, allergy, and medical assistance, its like a one stop shop very convenient, very thorough, and result orientated. Lastly, I truly believe that given all that this place wouldnt be what it was without the people. Veronica and Alicia are amazing always male you feel welcome from the moment the door opens. Khalia, Mia, Trenton have all been very friendly and equally as helpful in my recovery, Dr. Jake and Dr Hubbel have been amazing in getting me back to 100%! I cant say enough about this great place and staff, but a great big Thank you!!
