I started going here because of lower back back pain. The first visit was the 19.99 special. She spent a little time and told me that i would have to keep coming for several visits My back was in a lot of pain so I decided to try it out. After the first visit where she actually seemed to spend a little time to try and help it went downhill. On my scond visit I was with the lady for no more than five minutes and part of that time was telling me to come back in two days then the third time was it she actually only spent maybe a total of three minutes working on my back and I actually did not feel any different when I left. Maybe this is normal for Chiropractors I dont know because this is the first time I have been to one but I will not be donating money there any longer. Maybe if they pretended to care if i was getting better or not it would be different. But I really had the feeling that they could care less as long as I was bringing the 30 bucks per five minute visit.

I have been a client of The Joint now for over 6 months due to bulging discs, and a dysfunctional leg. The two D.C.s treating me are Dr. Smith who is the main Chiropractor at this location, and Dr. Gallagher. They have two different styles but the end result is the same, that being, I walk out of there much better than I walk in. You do not need an appointment and most times you are in and out in minutes. The front desk ladies are also extremely friendly. I have to say it is WONDERFUL! I recommend going more frequently than one might normally, as they have extremely affordable plans. I used to not go to a Chiropractor as frequently due to the cost, but I have to say now with my years of experience in chronic pain, and dysfunction, that it is better to stay ahead of the curve than always trying to play catch up.

I have to say i am normally not one to believe in stuff like this to really work. I had sever back pain I came in for one session left and didnt come back. Finally after about 3 months I walked back in and he asked me how the last session went i said it didnt really do anything for me. He said well you need to come 4-5 times to really let me set your back. So i was at the end of my rope with the pain and did it. I have to say i cannot be more happy i did. I seriously couldnt even hardly walk in the mornings and now i am completely pain free. Like i said I normally am not a believer and i dont leave feedback but this place was worth the time. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommended!!!!!

Dr. Smith is the best Chiropractor I have ever seen, and I have been to many over the past 15 years. He is very welcoming, professional and concerned when you are in pain, and does everything in his power to fully address the situation at hand. The Bio Cranial adjustment he performs has done miracles for my chronic migraine headaches, and allows me to function on a daily basis. For this reason, and for his overall competency, I would never change doctors. I certainly hope that THE JOINT keeps him on long term, as their business will surely diminish without him. Ive been going to The Joint at Norterra for about ten months now and Dr. Smith has substantially reduced my back pain and improved my overall health. I really like the format and Im usually in and out within 10 - 15 minutes. The receptionist is very nice and on the rare occasion when there is a substitute chiropractor, they have also been very good. Dr. Smith is a funny guy, he "cracks" me up every time I see him. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and The Joint at Norterra.

Dr. Allen is amazing! I am a hairstylist dealing with insane wrist and lower back pain. This was my first time at a chiropractor and I left there feeling brand new! After my first visit! I cant wait to see what Ill feel like at the end of my first month! He gave me a plan and some homework to do at home to see even more improvements to help out my spine. It was seriously the craziest/weirdest experience of my life and I cant wait for more! Thank you so much Dr. AL! You rock!

The Joint has been very good to me - they are always fast and friendly. The doc I work with is Chris Smith. Always makes me feel welcome and seems to truly care. I have noticed great benefits and improvements from my weekly visit. Their overall monthly membership for 4 visits is what I have paid for a single co-pay at other chiropractors. I highly recommend dropping by Norterra and working with Chris and his staff

We were out of town for a soccer tournament and my son needed a jaw adjustment. I just happen to remember I walk by a chiro place while shopping, the name caught my attention. I didnt expect much but any relief would be good. What we received was a very friendly and helpful staff. Dr was great and very attentive to all my sons needs. In and out 30 mins , 19.00, instant relief and all on a Saturday. Thank you.

New patient, not bad, but moved away abruptly and completely forgot to cancel. I have not gone for 3 months. I finally noticed the automatic withdrawl. Only went to 3 visits. They never emailed me, called me to ask how I was doing. Now , not only will they reimburse the last 3 months, they also want another months fee because they have a 30 day cancellation policy. Unbelievable!

The joint at noterra is Awesome. I have been to other locations and I just dont the kind of adjustments I get from there. Dr.Smith takes the time to listen to ailments and adjusts accordingly. Since I suffer from migraines he also takes the time to stretch out my neck muscles while other chiropractors dont. If I could give this location 10 stars I would.

I had neck and back pain for many years following whiplash I got from a accident awhile back. After being treated by Dr. Smith all of my pain had been relieved and have been feeling great ever since. The staff here is professional and courteous and listen to your needs. I highly recommend a visit if your in any type of pain.
