My husband and I are very pleased with Family Care Specialists and their physicians and staff. We had looked for a D.O. because they treat the whole body. We have a reasonable wait time at our office visits and they are very thorough in reviewing our conditions and treatments at each visit. They take time to review labs and any care updates and are always pleasant in answering any questions we have. We feel like we are their patients, our time spent with the doctors. Their office staff are always pleasant, professionall, prompt in helping with appointments and any other missues we take to them. We have recommended them to our friends without hesitation., and will continue to do so.

Having a child with unique medical needs, I have an unusually large amount of experience with medical professionals many of them at large childrens hospitals. Of the dozens I have visited, Dr. Nelson stands out as one of the best. He is our family doctor and several of my children have visited him with different issues. He always listens to my teens and to me, which is amazing in itself, and searches to find the cause of their issues and solutions. I have found him to be somewhat out-of-the-box searching for and treating things such as vitamin deficiencies that other providers might miss. We have also have seen the ARNP and she is thorough, caring and just wonderful!

I am taking this opportunity to commend and recommend this Health Care Facility highly. Dr. Nelson and nurse practitioner Mrs Sherman are very professional and very organized. Although the office can get very busy at times they do their very best to stick to your appointment time and expedite any delays.The staff provides excellent customer service , courteous customer service and always willing to help provide whats needed to help the patient. For that I truly appreciate. My husband and I are very happy to be patients of Dr Nelson and Mrs Sherman. This Health Care Office and its employees Care !!!!!

My husband and I have been going to Family Care Specialists 3 for quite some years now! We have always been very pleased with Dr. Myra Sherman and her entire staff there. She always takes time to listen to what is going on and never makes you feel rushed! Very thorough with you care. She is definitely one of the kindest, and most caring doctors we have ever been to! The staff is to be commended as well! I tease her all the time that wherever she goes, we go! And I sincerely mean this! Where else can you go and get an A+ from your doctor!?? Kudos guys .. Great job!!

Highly recommend this office if you are looking for a great Doctor. This office is friendly, helpful, and always on their game. Calls to the office are addressed immediately, issues are resolved, things get done! Dr. Nelson is fantastic, and very personable. He spends time, and listens. Appointments are scheduled quickly, no waiting months to see Dr. One of the greatest experiences at a medical practice Ive had. If youre considering changing your doctor, or looking for new one, this is the place to go. You wont be sorry!! Highly Recommend!

Been going there for nearly 15 years. Ms.Myra past 5 years. I always am greeted by name, made to feel like I am important. I completely trust Ms.Myra, she is caring, compassionate, very knowledgeable. The staff is one if the best Ive seen , calls, portal msgs are promptly answered from the one who checks you in, to the MA or phlebotomist to the check out.
