The people who works here are unprofessional, I have no idea why they have so many people working here and they take hours before been call by some one and waits another at least 35 minutes in the room for the nurse practioner and at least 45 minutes before to receive the paper work today I had to call the manager cause after 45 minutes in the waiting room I ask two times to one of the receptionist how many patients before me and all the time she said is one patient before you and after one hour and twenty minutes waiting I ask for the manager and there she said that in the sistem appear like they called me , but I know that was not true cause I was there all the time but when the women in the front desk heard that I need to talk with the manager they said that they all ready called me which was not true.After one of the witches who works for that clinic called me to one of the rooms the first thing that she said was that they dont have the test results from either the lab and the xrays, in other words they took 1 hours and 20 waisting my time instead to request the results, not only that , but the witch assistant nurse told me that she is going to let me in the room for a while to see if the doctor wants to see me, This people who works here Lose the time and have it lost our time, they works without desire to be there, you can see that they dont show passion or professionalism or dedication and they really think that is a favor that they are doing to the patients, like if they dont received any payment in exchange to dont do it nothing, but Scratch the wigs. If Im going to be honest I will said at least dont choose this location. While I was writing this review I still was in the waiting room for over another hour since they called me to the back What a shame these people have what they feel like and there is no one who take control over them, A bunch of witches from the devil, people very evil in their natural sence

This is the 3rd or 4th time that they have messed up with scheduling appointments for me personally. The first times I didnt write a review. Unfortunately, since Im a member of the Hillsborough County Healthcare Program, I dont have a lot of options for where I can go. I have to use this clinic. Today I was scheduled for a dental extraction at 8am, and when I got there there was a sign that said "Sorry, we will be closed from 8am-9am this morning", and I thought, "I guess thats for walk-ins". NOPE. They just failed to communicate to the people making appointments that they would be closed from 8-9. They told me to call back when they opened to reschedule. In the meantime, I hope my tooth doesnt get infected again, because that would surely suck. If you can at all avoid going to this clinic, please do. If you are a member of THCHP, welcome here! This is what you have to look forward to.

I received a filling yesterday and have been experiencing excruciating pain ever since the numbness had worn off I was not made aware that I was going to have this kind of pain nor was I prescribed anything to help alleviate some of the pain. Ive been taking otc pain meds and that doesnt even dull this pain. I over heard the dentist say to the assistant something about the filling being close to the nerve & after my initial visit I requested to have the tooth removed and the dentist insisted on a filling now after the filling Im being told I need a root canal or oral surgery to remove the tooth this has been by far the worst experience ever not to mention witnessing the unprofessional staff fighting with the other patients please dont go here!

Customer service sucks. They treat there patience like crap. They have you wait hours and then they tell your doctor to assit everyone and there mom before you so your just sitting wasting time and for what just for them to do a xray right a perscription and tell you to set an appointment to come back i mean wtf. I will never go to the dentist here again. They had english speaking people assiting spanish speaking people and vice versa so they had to have other doctors leave there patients to translate other peoples patients so unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion. Been here since 7am you dont get seen until 8 and i was sitting in the back room for hours while my doctor helped other incompetent doctors. Also its very unsanitary.

Tampa Family Health Center is the worst place to try to make an appointment. I went to the Westshore location 3 weeks ago and had lab work done and I have been trying ever since to get a follow up appointment to get my results. I call and if the answering service picks up at all I am on hold for 10 minutes before someone answers then I am immediately transferred to another answering service where I am again on hold for another 8-10 minutes. I have left messages, I have tried to make my appointment online. I have yet to get my appointment. The doctor I saw was wonderful, the facility was very clean and pleasant to be at. The only complaint I have is trying to make an appointment over the phone.

Its very clean, i love the staff, i go there a lot. Me and my family always use this clinic, i totally understand what people mean by having to wait, but that is when you come as a walk in. I always set up an appointment and show up 20min before my appointment time because you have to sign in, give your insurance card ( if you dont have insurance it takes a couple minutes to fill out some papers) and when you come on the dot of your appointment than yes you will have to wait because you get bounced back while they let others go. It is your responsibility to show before your apt.

They lied tbrough their teeth over the phone with me for 20 mins. Came all the way over there to take my homeless niece, now remember I explained everything,about her situation, homeless, two broken wrists, and her two front teeth nock out all by falling down a flight of steps. I 100% guarantee they see her for free!!! All lies everything I was told in my 20_30 min conversation.

I come to this location to pick up my medication. The staff is extremely friendly they offer to over help you if possible I love this place. There is not that long of a wait maybe 30 minutes to an hour but you can always call in advance to have them fill your prescription before you get there. I recommend the pharmacy, and there great staff.

Do not choose this office. It is ridiculous. They will NOT take care of your medical needs in an organized effective manner. They never answer their phone... never return messages...You will wait weeks to get the simplest of things done such as a prescription refill called in. Dont even frustrate yourself... find a competent office!

You know what it is. For the people it serves and the price you pay- it works! Ive established a relationship with my primary who is always caring when I need to be seen. You can go and pay for an overpriced doctor and remember that the grass aint always greener...
