I travel a lot so at times I would get my eyes examined in the state I was in. I made a point with dr. Crane Optical and the doctor told me my prescription that I had was too strong for me and since that time I will only allow crane Optical to test my eyes because they have done such a great job very professional very on time with my appointment and the receptionist makes you feel very warm and welcome.

Stopped going to this place after my last eye exam a couple yrs back. Rude lady @ the desk. Im all about supporting local businesses but when they dont have any appreciation for my patronage I have not problem going to other guys. Paid for my eye exam and went down the street to Pearle vision for my lenses. They were happy to help me even though I had my own frames and had my eye exam done elsewhere.

Great Doctor! Great staff! Great location! Dr. Crane is amazing. Very professional and friendly. Hes efficient and thorough and really makes me feel comfortable. His staff is also great... so welcoming and helpful. Im always greeted with a smile. The office is conveniently located right in the neighborhood.. fast and easy to get to. Highly recommend Dr. Crane!! 5-stars!!

A very pleasant experience for me. The staff was very nice.and Dr. Crane is a gentlemen a nd very easy to talk to. Their selection of eyeglass frames was impeccable and I had trouble trying to choose from one. I highly recommend anyone who needs an eye exam or eyeglasses to see dr. Crane and his staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Pleasant & helpful staff. Dr. Crane has been taking very good care of my Moms & my husbands & my eyes for years. Parking is easy in a public metered lot behind the office. The meters take cash or credit card. You can go into the office from the parking lot side or the front door off of Nine Mile.
