This place was highly recommended by a friend...let me start off with this....had an appt at 11:15 was not seen by the dr until 1240ish, they were sitting there talking with another pt about his upcoming trip...i filled out all the paperwork online, when i arrived they gave me a clip board with same paperwork i filled already online then stated that "o you dont have vision ins", and i stated i have very good vision ins, check the info i put online...didnt help my son pick out his glasses but luckily i was there for 1.5 hours we had enough time to look ourselves...I was told that dr stein was very good thats why I waited it out...he is good. But will I be returning next year...probably not .....

The Best customer service one could ask for. Very patient and helpful with children. My Daughter and I felt like family from the start of are care with Dr. Stein and his staff. We both had full eye exams & Dr. Stein was the first person to discover my daughter has something very uncommon in her left eye. Please take the time to care for your eyes in Wyandotte with Dr. Dan Stein and some of the best staff members just like myself

This year was my first time visiting Wyandotte Optical and I couldnt be more impressed! The office staff was helpful and remarkable and made me feel like family. They even spent extra time helping me chose frames that, in most peoples opinion, made me look better than without glasses! I would recommend Wyandotte Optical to anyone and will be taking my children there as well!

Upon entering the office I was greeted by professional staff. Dr S. Covered every aspect regarding my eyes and how he may be able to treat me as a patient. Following the exam I was greeted by another quality professional (misty) who was very helpful in selecting a frame and sense. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an eye doctor to check them out !

Dr. Stein and his office staff are amazing!! I had difficulties finding the right contact lense fit in the past at another eye doctor and Dr. Stein kept trying different things to get my sight just right. Thank you so much! His staff is super helpful and pleasant and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

I dont care how far from here I live, I will continue to bring my eyeballs here. The dr and staff know their stuff! The extras they do wont fit into the space allotted here, but know that they will take care of you very well.
