Today I called the first time, to get my prescription and the lady was very polite we tried to fine it and she could not, so I called the store (macomb) I had originally for my prescription from and she was polite and kindly said she was unsure why the SVS in Madison Heights couldnt find it and I could pick it up or she can fax to them and I can pick it up there. I said Great! So had her fax to Maddison heights since they were unable to find it the first time. Second call to the Madison heights store... a man with a delicate voice (name unknown) helped me, I informed him of the situation he put me on hold for sometime, I was patient; came back on and said oh! I found you but your prescription expired in May. (Mind you its June 3rd) I said I know thats ok can I still have my numbers. " Maam, it is expired" again I said understand that but can I still get it. Again with a vary rude voice "it is expired it is a prescription like drugs" I said again I know that but can you give it to me anyway it expired like 3 days ago ( again never told them why I wanted it....not even using for new glasses). He then again got high pitched rude and slowly said "it is expired". Not until I had to drop an F bomb did he still not answer my simple yes you can or no you cannot question and what to do from there. I replied with " I am not F-ing dumb, it is a yes or no question I am asking you, can I have it and what do I need to do if not". Ea not sure how much he heard because his ignorant personality hindered him from doing his job and he hung up. I will never go there ever again I seriously just wanted a very easy answer answered my othour a snotty "its expired" just because it was a year ago 3 days before I think my question was legit and if not I was willing to do what needed.... but I guess SVS doesnt like money.

I had an appointment with the SVS vision in Warren MI about three weeks ago. Unbeknownst my appointment was cancel without my knowledge and someone else was put in my spot. They told me that I can be seen after they take care of the patient that they put in my place which was unfair because I did not CANCEL my appointment. After I told the manager that I did not agree with the way they treated me she turn around to walk away and while doing this she reached in pants as if she was pulling up her underwear and I saw her butt..I want an apology.. I called corporate about my horrible experience and nothing was done about... Disappointed patient

So I contacted them via website to set up appt time on a Thursday(oct 29). They called me on Sunday(nov 1) EVENING for information and set up my appointment for the next Thursday (nov 12). Then they were supposed call me back the next day to get other info, which they never did. I never received a reminder call, so I decided to give a call on Tuesday (nov 10) to double check time and they did not even have me on the books by name or even phone number. I was stunned. Completely unorganized and not very pleasant on the phone. Will not be going there.

The staff and service was fine. The product, absolute worst lenses I have ever had! The "Eye Definition" lenses are expensive but I was happy to pay for good vision. Here it is a few months later and they have so many hair line scratches that I have blurred vision! I have had glasses for YEARS and never had anything like this happen. This product is garbage! The lenses also get a film on them no matter what "approved" cleaning method I use. JUNK. Absolute JUNK!

I went to this location on yesterday 8/30/16. The lady at the front counter was so rude and had a nasty disposition. I have done business with this location in the past and I will never ever give this location my business again. If this OLD woman does not like to deal with the public then she should not be the face of the company as soon as a customer enters the front door!!!!! I will also be contacting the corporate offices to file a complaint.

The staff is extremely friendly and in my opinion,have gone over the top to see to all my eye care needs. They have made sure that I was properly taken care of and that my glasses have been made perfectly. Plan on going there whenever I need glasses.

Dr. Moghrabi was amazing and did a wonderful job. Other staff members were also incredible and very personable. They were extremely busy, fit me in for a same day appointment and provided an exceptional experience. Thank you and I will be back.
