Arlington South has been our two Yorkies "go to" place for any problems for about two years. We had lost confidence in our previous vet. To take care of Shebas swollen dew claw, we had been sent about 20 miles away to have it evaluated. Our vet did not feel competent to do it. We had to pay about $125 for a printout of the potential cost to have that dewclaw removed. We were told it would cost well over $1,000 at a minimum. That is a lot of money for two senior citizens! I got online and found Arlington South. That was a lucky day!! I took Sheba in. Dr. Milligan had a look. She said the surgery was no big deal. She would go ahead and remove both dew claws. For less than half that estimate from the other place! The surgery went off without a hitch. We took our girl back for bandage changes a couple of times. No extra charge. Since then, Sheba, who is 12 now, developed a big problem with a back leg. It required surgery. That was handled at Arlington South, with very satisfactory results. Several incidents have occurred with Pasquale, our four-year-old. Allergies, ear infections, a perpetual full sac problem!!! We have dealt with Dr. Mason many times. The dogs love to go there. None of this stuff about hating to see the vet. We are enthusiastic in our support of the people at Arlington South. They call to check up, they inquire about the other dog when we take only one in. They care. And our family appreciates that.

We really like Doctor Mason and are very happy with the care that she provided for our male dog Rockie before his passing. He didnt like anybody but us and was a tough one to deal with most, if not all of the time. ASVH was always understanding and accommodating in meeting his needs until the end, going beyond expectation. I truly believe they loved Rockie too. Now they care for our female Zoe who is twelve years old. Zoe is friendlier than Rockie was, but is getting a tad grouchy with age. She has some problems with her back leg, because she wont stop chasing squirrels! She got an upcoming appointment for a recheck and we know shell get the best treatment possible. If you want a vetrinarian you can trust, give them a chance. You wont be sorry.

We have had a great experience with Arlington South Veterinary Hospital..In 2007, our puppy needed a procedure to correct Cherry Eye. We called to check prices and request more information. ASVH was the most reasonably priced (by far!), and and we felt very comfortable with the staff and procedure. They treated us like concerned family members. In the following 8 years we have been very pleased. It is obvious that they care about pets and the rest of the family.We have not been pressured to purchase additional treatments, medications or special foods. They care about having us as clients, and we appreciate that. As our dog ages, I trust the staff at ASVH to continue the same high quality care.

We just love Arlington South Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Larae Mason has treated both our older dogs, and our cat who had thyroid disease. She is always so very kind and compassionate, and does not push us to do treatments or tests, just provides the information and her recommendation, and there is no feeling of guilt if we just cant afford it. When we had to put our cat down when he became too ill, she and her staff were so very kind to me and made the experience as peaceful as possible. The front desk staff, Jenny and Brandy, know me by name and know my pets, so I always feel like family there. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a caring place for your pets health care!

The staff at Arlington South Veterinary Hospital are excellent. I have a great deal of respect for them because they have shown a great deal of respect and care for each family member that Ive entrusted to them. Even when one of my elderly pets is uncooperative, they are very patient, gentle, and understanding. They invite questions to be asked and have even taken time on a Sunday just to inform me of the results of my pets lab work. They call to inquire how a certain medication regimen is working to continually ensure that the best care is provided. When one of my pets passed on, they sent a card to me expressing their condolences and remembering her. This meant so much to me.

This clinic is amazing... I have been going for many years and the care and concern they show I have never experienced before. They care for my three dogs and their patience when I bring all three in is above mine. But when I had to bring my beloved dog in because he was so sick with cancer and the vet sat down and talked with me about putting Skye out of his pain ... the care they showed me was touching ... they made me feel that I made a good choice and let me hold Skye as he passed ... the vet cried with me and never left us... GREAT CARING CLINIC!!!

Our family has been with this practice since it opened many years ago. Dr. Milligan, Dr. Mason and their support team have always been wonderful. They are genuinely concerned about your furry family member and bring kind and knowledgeable care to your pet (I have both cats and a dog). My dog actually loves going to the vet for boarding! Since we have always had such a great experience and positive outcomes from this practice, I recommended them to my sisters and my parents. You cant top that.

We primarily work with Dr. Larae Mason, and her outstanding levels of both professional expertise and personal empathy are unmatched. She constantly focuses on whats best for my dogs (not the priciest option), which I am grateful for. For the last 10 years Arl. S. Veterinary Hospital have kept my two labs healthy and happy. I cannot think of one complaint, but several successes. My oldest lab will be 11yrs this coming April and is in excellent health. The 9yr. old yellow lab has only fatty tumors that are so common for labs. If and when it becomes necessary to remove the fatty tumors I will trust Arl. S. V. H. to remove them. One cannot ask for more from an animal hospital.

The staff is so kind and always offering ways to help you. Its never hard to get in and they truly care about your pet and you. Dr. Milligan loves my dog like her own it seems and genuinely cares. The front office staff is always amazing too.

Arlington South vets and staff are wonderful! They have cared for all of our pets since we brought Kelly, our Scottie, to them around 20 years ago. Since then, they cared for Prissy ( my moms dog), Rylie and our last dog, Cash. I highly recommend them. They loved our dogs nearly as much as we did and sent us sympathy cards when they died. We will definitely be coming back once we get another dog.
