Not to mention the awful wait times but my problem is regarding refund. My wife was pre-charged higher for her estimated procedures and later on those procedures were changed and final bill was lesser, so from last one month we have been awaiting for refund and going in personally multiple times but being lied too constantly, we were repeatedly told that their manager will look into it (who is somehow always busy and has no time to look into our complaint from one month) and sometimes we were lied that it was already sent to corporate. I called up corporate yesterday they said we havent received any request till now for refund. I dont understand why are they not processing my refund when its my money which was overcharged and I am not asking for any favors here, its surely is one of the worst experiences. All the information was given to candy and Mark @ Hayward multiple times in person and on phone but to no use. Same information has been sent to western dental corporate and customer service by email but not a single response till now.

The dental staff are nice if you can overlook the long wait.. they gave me anesthesia for deep cleaning but it took so long it wore off. It was torture literally. Worst pain i felt my entire life. Also everyone working on the front desk needs to be a little bit more respectful with the patients. Most of them are rude. And that one guy that helped me, i wish i got his name, had a really smart mouth. Its not even funny i wanted to punch his face. Another thing, the corporate office and local office needs to be on the same page... my contract says we pay $150 a month so i go to the dental place to pay since its close to my house.. i get there whoever is at the front desk will say a different amount like $147 other times $130 but i insist it should be $150 but they said their computer says that amount. So ill pay it.. but a few days later corporate office will blow off my phone saying im late and will be charged the fee. Its confusing.. please fix that if my contract says $150 a month thats what should show on their computer.

I had an appointment at 2 PM for a surgical removal of my wisdom teeth. I signed in on the computer and sat down. While I waited with my mother and 5 month old daughter for an hour and half, I overheard a gentleman saying he was there for an 11 am appointment. I walked up to the desk to be told that they had 3 people in the back and 3 people ahead of me. They never called me up to inform me of this. I asked how much longer and they said they didnt know but to wait. I WAITED 4 HOURS and still was not seen and found out there scheduled another girl at the same time as me. Oh and the gentleman that was there before me at 11 am was left waiting over an hour in the chair so he left the room for a moment. When he came back he was told he was checked out and had to reschedule. NEVER COME HERE.

I have been going here for three years and it was ok, however Im getting bills now that are overdue when I wasnt notified I had to pay. On top of the overdue bill there is also the headache of finding out Im being charged for something I was told by western dental my insurance covers when it isnt actually covered. When I call them to get it worked out I am on the phone waiting for over an hour. I listen to a recording telling me my call is important when the reality is that its not. The recording also tells you how it is easy to pay by phone or online. It just seems like they want my money and they dont care if they have to lie to get it. Even though I have been going here for a while I would not recommended it and I will be finding somewhere else to take my family.

I had my treatment done at this office. They pulled the wrong tooth and later changed my documents to protect their wrong doing. When I confronted one of the two doctor involved, I was told the previous doctor had authorized the work and he did what he was instructed to do. The first doctor could never be confronted. Documents were altered and of curse, I could not do anything. Don’t ever go to theses M***er F**kers. They hire students at low wages and or old people who are already retired/or are about to be retired and don’t care about what happen to your wellbeing. Don’t go to Western Dental At All. Most of their clientele are non English speaking and those that can not afforded good health care system, as a result most of their mistakes go unnoticed.

very bad attention. I spent waiting in the dentists chair after three hours after that entrer, three wheel bidders tie me and I remain in pain but Im not there neither dead muy mala atencion. Me pase esperando en el sillon de dentista 3 horas despues despues que entrer, me empataran 3 muela y una me quedo con dolor pero no voy hay ni muerto

I got my upper 12 teeth covered and since one month it has been lose I went there to see if there was any possible way to tight them back I have no problem, no pain nothing but after x-rays the doc said, ok ur one tooth broken need a bridge and two r need to be removed and it will cost around 3000$ and she gave me a pice of paper to go to okland and meet the doc there, this is not what I need Im working 80 hours per month how can i pay 3000 and this is my 4 th month in US, I need to tight my teeth covers not to remove my teeth, uh god please help me I dont think so some body can help me in this country I miss my country I wanna go back

Terrible service! I went here to set up my Wisdon teeth extraction. They charge me without even getting the procedure done . Then they sent me off to collections. I originally set up an appointment took off work, and I got there and he said there was no dentist that could do the surgery. I finally had the collections removed. Never go here they are so unprofessional!!!! The girls at the front desk or rude and try to make you get services you dont need

Im currently at this place and have been waiting in this chair since 2pm and its now 4:30. They gave me numbing medicine and the wait has been so long my gums arent even numb anymore. I might consider walking out because no one should go this long with ZERO attention whatsoever. I was just told theres only 1 doctor so its long but this place shouldnt be run with only one doctor thats unorganized and ridiculous. Dont recommend this place to anyone.

I was in no pain until I went to Western Dental. After three arduous visits, during which my gag reflex was ignored while I nearly choked and had tears running down my face, I was in more pain than I could imagine. I went to another dentist and learned that WD had not properly drilled my cavities, but had left rotting tooth underneath the new filling. Now I have to have a root canal. Never, EVER go to this place. Its not worth it.
