I called in the AM to check availability. I got the contact information from my Dental provider and they were the first contact to answer the phone. She took my information and the information of my insurance. Gave me appt times for the upcoming days. After calling my regular dentist back to have them send over my files and x-rays, they answered and she offered me a time to come into the office within the hour. I was able to get everything situated, and after finishing up a meeting rushed over and they got me in right away. Filled out all the paperwork (to be expected) and they were great. Got me in the chair within 10 min of getting there and after x-rays was able to see Dr. Le within a few minutes. She was great with recommendations and what she thought I should do and the other choices I had. Also let me explain my situation and she explained how they could help me down the road if anything else happened. I would recommend this office and dentist (I saw Dr. Le) to anyone! They were helpful and I think I called them maybe 5 or 6x before we got everything set up. Thank you for your patience and being able to help me get everything figured out! feeling much better! Follow up: I got the veneer fixed by Dr. Le and she helped figure out all the insurance details. I also got a root canal the other day and she was very helpful to my situation and explained everything, how my insurance would cover and what I could do moving forward. I had to speak with her on the weekend when the office was closed and she called me right away to check on me and ask if I needed immediate attention. All in all Dr. Le has been helpful and a great dentist throughout all this craziness these past few months, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area!

I started feeling sores around the nasal area a while back, and Dr. Le and Dr. Vo made accurate diagnosis of a dead tooth and recommended a root canal procedure to cure the infection. I was apprehensive about the procedure but Dr. Le gained my trust totally after observing what she did. She explained the procedure clearly, and was able to perform the procedure very efficiently. I felt the scraping and scrubbing sensation with a twisting motion while she carefully removed the diseased and dead pulp tissue, and also removed the bacteria, toxins, related debris that were harbored inside the tooth. I could feel her finger manipulating the filing action inside the root canal as she could only judge her work by impeccable experience. Her work was done with extreme precision and thoroughness as it was finally revealed on the result of the x-ray - a very cleaned and sealed root canal. We both looked at each other at the end with me feeling for such a relief of a painless procedure and most importantly pain-free from the rest of my life. The look on her face proved that she did it again - another work of art. Her satisfactory look affirmed another assurance of her patient focused care attitude and extreme competency. She was able to communicate well with her team to orchestrate the entire procedure very effectively. I totally trust her, her team of staff, along with her husband doctor as they have successfully fixed every single issues surrounding dental health of me and my family.

These two dentists, Dr Lee and Dr Vo, they are incredible, they are the best. I am over 60 years old, and, I am so happy to have found these two dedicated, hardworking, passionate, intelligent, kind….well, you can tell I like these two, and I am a very happy customer. I found their office near where I once lived in Sunnyvale eleven years ago. I have been to many dentists had many over the years. There were some good ones, most just competent, some not so competent. Dr Lee and Dr Vo are the best, and I feel fortunate to have found them.

I love going to Unique Dental because they are professional, friendly, and efficient. They get you in and out and make going to the dentist easy and enjoyable. They send you friendly email and text reminders of your appointment so that you dont forget, take an interest in your life, and care about taking care of your teeth! I trust them for all my dental needs including wisdom teeth extraction. I live 35 minutes away but they are always well worth my drive.

However, a special hurrah for Mark Vos incredibly attentive attention to the plaque on the back of my teeth. Dr.Vo has been one of the most patient dentists I have come across. He always explains what he is doing, patiently answers any questions and is very knowledgeable. He does not impose procedures which are unnecessary and allows the patient to evaluate when a certain non critical procedure is required. I have recommended him to my other friends who have had very similar experiences.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Vo for 3 years. He is clearly a knowledgeable dentist, uses the latest equipment, and is very caring with his patients (he calls us the day after any dental procedure to check on our condition). I have had bad dentists before and good dentists before...my wife and I are happy to be seeing Dr. Vo. You can see him with confidence.

Unique Dental is a great dentist facility. Both doctors are very accommodating and the staff work very hard to schedule you in. Dr. Le is my dentist - shes also my wifes dentist and my sons too. They are my life savers.I am so scared of needles and I was advised to numb before filling. The dentist was so sweet and Ranjani her assistant was so nice.They pampered me like a baby and did my filing perfectly. I love them so much and will never change them in future.
