Appointment was at 9:15 I arrived early and didnt get seen till 11. I was salty but once I made it to the back the nurse practitioner was great,( u can tell she cared), and the doctor ( female) was awsome! She really cared and helped me. I think the issue is in the reception area. Phone services, ECT.. they are rude!! But besides that I like the place

I scheduled a doctors appointment for 2 pm during the weekday. Arrived for my appointment just to wait four long hours and never get called on. The office closes at 5 pm I ended up leaving around 4 pm. Receptionist had no idea why it took so long just to never be called. The trip was a total waste of time.
