Let me first say I dont write a lot of reviews so you know this must have been a bad experience. I showed up at the CVS Minute Clinic about 20 minutes before closing. Rushed in and started filling out the form on the computer which than kicked me off because they do not accept people in the last 20 minutes. Which I would totally understand if there was a line of people waiting, but as I was getting kicked off the computer the only person was walking out of the office after seeing the Dr./Nurse. I politely ask if she could see 1 more person (my 3 year old daughter who had just woke up crying and holding her ear). To which she responded that if I could not sign in then she couldnt see me. I am not sure what she was going to do for the remaining 18 minutes that she was on the clock, as not a single other person was in line or on the computer. I have been to enough appointment in my life to know that at most an ear check on a 3 year old would have taken 15 minutes max. I understand that is pushing the time, but that is just crazy. I will never shop at a CVS again, and I will never visit another Minute Clinic again. My business will be going to The Little Clinic at Kroger across the street.

Took my daughter to the MinuteClinic on London Groveport Rd. on October 31, 2016. Upon learning she had had a low-grade fever on and off for 9 days, refused us service and insisted she needed to go to an ER. Went to another CNP in the area, who actually examined my daughter, and received a diagnosis of an ear infection. I found the refusal to even check my daughter to be ridiculous.
