THIS SO CALLED ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS A JOKE!! DR CLEMENTS misdiaonosed my puppy saying she had parvo beacuase he could smell it!!!?? He did not even test her first before telling me "your puppy has parvo and will not make it!! After crying all the way home waiting for the call, he called me 5-hours later saying "oh, she does not have Parvo.. A very cold hearted Vet!!! When I asked him why he would tell me that before testing her, he became loud over the phone telling me he did not say that, he said she might have parvo..LIAR! I took my puppy away from that quack and will NEVER set foot in there again! He is the worst vet I ever dealt with in my many years of taking my 8-pets to. I will never go to his clinic again! DR. CALVIN CLEMENTS IS BY FAR THE WORST SO CALLED VET I EVER MET!!

HORRIBLE! Our dog was very very sick and we came to you for help and called the emergency line 3x and no return call until it was too late. We took her somewhere and she had to be put down. I called to explain our disappointment and later got a call late at night asking how she was just after having to say goodbye. Then got another call the next day asking how she was. I am not one to post or review poorly but this was the hardest experience I had been though and it made it worse having the vet, who was supposed to be there for our poor dog and us to help her and wasnt. I have also heard stories of disappointment from many others after this and am just saddened I hadnt heard before to make a change in our animal care.

"""BEWARE""""" This is by far the worst clinic you will EVER visit. The visit before last, they returned my frenchie from a routine nail trim with a large red bump on his head. The refused to admit they hurt him and ignored all requests to view video in the back while he was there. This last visit did it, they charged us for two check ups within 30 days, stating they do it to EVERYONE and Im supposed to just accept being ripped off. My wife and I were treated terribly by everyone we talked with, including the doctor who hung up on me when I requested my dogs records to switch vets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

I have had nothing but the best care from Silver Springs Animal Clinic. They seem to care about people and their pets. The reaction I got to hanging a poster for a missing cat was one of sympathy and helpfulness, as compared to another local animal hospital that could barely be bothered. It was that difference in caring that led me to switch to Silver Spring and I havent regretted it. The staff is friendly and professional. They also are part of the spay/neuter program that allows everyone to be able to afford to take care of their animals at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend them.

Caring and compassionate We recently moved to the area and had not established vet care for our dog, birds, or rabbit. I was doing my research when, unfortunately, our baby bird hurt her wing and was bleeding. Sliver Springs Clinic, who did not know us at all, fit us in for an emergency visit. Dr. Hann was very kind and took care of our cockatiel. He removed a blood feather and trimmed her nails. Additionally, the cost of the visit was very fair as compared to emergency visits we have had in the past with vets all across the country. Looks like I found a veterinary clinic!

They care more about money than your pet. Every time we have been there we have had to wait excessive amounts of time to see the doctor despite having had an appointment. They have no respect for your time. They charge more than any other vet Ive ever been to. I called to make an appointment at 11:10am and was told they stopped taking appointments at 11:00 and wouldnt help me. They did, however, strongly suggest I drive about an hour to the emergency clinic so they could charge the "emergency visit" amount which is RIDICULOUS. Dont waste your time or money here.

Ive been there three times and two of the times I was talked down to and lectured. I paid for an "Emergency" visit. Tell me, if it is an emergency and you pay extra to have your dog treated as if it were an emergency, why do you have to wait 3 hours to get your dog in to see a vet? Oh, I could have taken the later "Emergency" time slot for slightly less money. Doris As opinion of honesty earns respect makes me laugh. Yes, honesty is important but respect earns respect! Trust me, read the comments from jellybean159, Rose and Lori K. They sum up my three visits!

Silver Spring Animal Clinic came highly recommended by my sister! I first went there for the first free visit and vaccination for my 13 week old rag doll kitten. The service was quick and very friendly, showing love and caring to Chloe! The examination was good and the vet asst. showed me how to and also clipped her nails for the first time. Just went back for another vaccination and the caring was still there!! Dr.Hann is gentle and also gives great advice!! I would highly recommend taking your pet to Silver Spring Animal Clinic!!

Thought this would be the perfect place due to its location (about 3 mintues from my house). I am very disappointed. Took my cat in and they drew blood...and then gave him back to me bloody and swollen and sent me on my way. Got a voicemail the next day and when I called back I got a machine multiple times. They put him on prozac...now my cat is constipated...and I called for advice and was told they would "email" the vet...and that was 2 days ago and I havent heard from them since. Ill be driving the extra distance to find a new vet.

I took my new kitten here when she wasnt feeling well. She looked so horrible the tech rushed her in upon taking one look at her. The doctor just said she needed to go to the bathroom, so made her go and sent us on our way without figuring out what the root of the problem was. I took her to another vet hours later and they rushed her into supportive care immediately. She has a severe disease that could have been discovered easily. She is in the hospital now and not expected to make it.

I have been coming here for years, Dr C is amazing with my girls,Patty is always on top of things as well...I lost a puppy 5 years ago to a bad heart and have been "that girl" over the top, over protective, total basket-case with my girls. I have 3 rottweilers, they have been nothing but patient with me, kind and informative. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for all your hard work dedication and patience:)

We are back for LilBits physical - at 16 years of age we cant complain as she has lived a very sweet life. We thank Dr. Rubey for taking care of her and helping me to adjust to her special needs. Its with a very sad heart that her time is coming to a close with us as she is soon ready to cross over the Rainbow Bridge.
