I have brought my dogs in here several times. My animals were very well cared for by Dr. Hoffman and his assistant, Beth. I have a very financially challenging situation right now and both he and Beth assist me where they can in keeping costs down. Beth even gave me and my dog a ride once being that I am a type 1 diabetic and cant drive. You could not ask for more experienced and thoughtful animal doctors. Those two in particular are my favorite people in the place. I did have a personality conflict of sorts with, Lydia, a business manager. I thought that would end things and I was real devastated about it because I liked Dr. Hoffman and Beth so much. At a certain point, another business manager, Mike, found out about the conflict that I had and Mike took the initiative to call me and he listened to what I had to say. He also took the time to meet with me and we were able to resolve the matter. So I have to give this practice credit for having outstanding doctors and vet techs. But also, when challenges arise, they do care and work to resolve things. That is what you would expect of a real company. That should disagreements take place, they care and do what they can to fix things. So Mike is a real asset to the company as well. This being all said, I am very happy here and I have 3 dachshunds that I will be bringing here on a regular basis for care. Oh and they also have free snacks available on a first come first serve basis.

Took my SLIGHTLY sick cat to Shiloh. They over treated him (he looked like a damn science experiment) and he was dead within two days. The doctor then went on vacation to the Bahamas and would not respond to my calls. DO NOT take your animals here.

They treated me and my babies with great care, staff is wonderful. Dr. Is very knowledge and relatable. He has his own pets so he also speaks from first had experience. I would take my pets here even if I lived a great distance away.

They just push so many tests
