Changed to this practice after a terrible experience with our other Vet. They came highly recommended from others so we decided to give them a try. I love, love, love the staff there. Vets are very knowledgeable and gives us several options if possible. Unfortunately both of our shih-tzus had to be euthanized due to medical problems (uncontrolled diabetes & cancer). The Vet and the entire staff was very understanding and compassionate. They gave us as much time as we needed to say good-bye and mourn afterwards. They even sent a sympathy card to us in the following days. Cant say enough good about them. We feel right at home when we visit and our dogs love them too!

Where do I begin..I had been to another Vet, closer to home who werent very helpful, so I sought out a different perspective. Unfortunately my dog was very ill and had to be put down. That being said, Prettyboy handled the whole thing so well, and were very caring. I will definitely be using them as my other pets primary vet from now on

We moved to Maryland in August 2008 and our 15 year old kitties didnt make the cross country trip so well. Our Gracie died in September and Prettyboy Veterinary Hospital handled the situation beautifully. They were very sensitive and kind. We feel blessed to have found them so quickly.
