This is the worst urgent care there is.I took my daughter there and they diagnosed her with nothing but dermatitis and a cough. Didnt think that was right so I took her to her pediatrician a couple hours later and she had croup. Not to mention the NP who saw my daughter used her stethoscope over 2 layers of clothing. Do not take your children here. They take your money and dont treat. This place needs to be shut down! I they had negative stars I would give them but they dont.

I cant say enough to express my gratitude and happiness with IUC in Rowlett. From the moment I walked in, staff was friendly and attentive. The wait time to get taken to the back to be seen was minimal. Staff was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and took the time to make sure all questions and concerns, were answered. They followed up with multiple phone calls to make sure I was doing well after visit. I highly recommend IUC and will go back if and when needed.

Very professional, and polite. But unfortunately their billing department is full of assholes and idiots, so I was unaware of a balance owed I always pay before leaving but somehow I owed them $16.00 thats right just $16 but instead of calling, they send it straight to collections..... REALLY! I already paid the collection company the $16 but it really is pathetic, it is companies like this that make me loose all faith in humanity.

The care is second to none! Melody gave me amazing service and care. I was in the waiting room for LITERALLY 1 minute. Melody called me to make sure I was okay and progressing well. She made sure she answered all of my questions and that I had the appropriate treatment. If I ever have questions about my care I can call them (and they tell you to call). I have been to other urgent cares, and to be honest, none of them compare.

Had to use these guys a few times when my regular doctor was not able to see me. Very fast, very good and reasonably priced. In my GFs who doesnt have insurance and cant afford "free" Obama care, they truly work to eliminate cost and keep expenses down and resonable. Great staff, always the same Practiiners, not like some clinics where they are always different.

Im just so thankful for the knowledge my doctor has on my very rare condition and the treatments I had received with my surgeon were explained better by Dr Erin than by my surgeon. I understand more of whats going on now. THANK YOU! Wait time less than 5 min/ out in 30 min!

I stopped by the Rowlet Clinic 2 days ago for a cold and the service was speedy and excellent. There was no long wait time and the staff was professional. Ms. Brown, the nurse practitioner was very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

They were on time (I called in advance). The doctor was helpful and provided the proper meds for my back. I will definitely return if I need help on weekends. My copay was $35! The hospital ER copay is $65.

Just know you will NOT see a "live" doctor in person...that will be via a video-feed from Grand Prairie or Los Calinas. There will be a "live" nurse there, but no Doctor.
