Got talked at by some pompous valley girl in leopard pants. Yeah, she was the doctor. Staff and nurses were all really nice, but whoever I had (not bothering to look up the name, nor do I believe it is in good taste to put the name up) is the perfect example of how medicine has lost most of its humanity. She wanted to put me on accutane for flare ups I hadnt had in a year when I specifically tried to tell her multiple times I was looking for things (including self care) that I could do for scarring. Pill peddler. Had a lot of scarring but no blemishes when I came in. I get the concept of prevention but it felt like it was being pushed on me (when I leased out my Honda that group was less pushy), and was an unreasonable measure to take given the side effects I reported I had last time on Accutane, despite her trying to tell me those were from a college lifestyle I led then (which, on the surface, sounds good until you realize once I got off the accutane the first time the symptoms went away despite the college lifestyle remaining). Who knows why so many people in this country have prescription drug problems. Be wary.

At my appointment today for cyst on face was one of the most stressful processes Ive even been through. After waiting 20 minutes after my 9am appointment to finally be seen by practitioner, she rushed me and took only 5 minutes. I could sense she wanted to leave after asking several questions about my skin. The only solutions I were given were either having topical acne medicine pushed at me or more appointments to fix the issue. The whole reason I set up the appointment was to take care of the cyst on my face. Why did I just pay to have someone else confirm something was wrong. Yes... I know something is wrong. Now searching for new dermatologist in the area.

I just called to try and get in to this dermatology group because my dermatologist is out of town this week. I have a flare up of cystic acne once in a while which involves getting a cortisone shot that takes 5 minutes to administer. The lady on the phone was snotty and told me she would have to transfer me to someone else and that there was nothing until the end of April. I told her thank you but I couldnt wait that long and she said "mmm hmmm yeah bu bye then" geesh!

Dawes & Fretzin has been invaluable in their care over the last fifteen years. I was born with severe eczema that has only seen improvements with radical medical care and frequent drug trials. Their staff have been persistent and creative in their treatments, while remaining sociable and easy to talk with during appointments. Every doctor and nurse I have worked with at Dawes & Fretzin has been a testament to their field.

I dont know Dr. Fretzin, but have delt with Dr Daws for several years. I am a 62 yr old male and have had acne nearly my entire life. Ive seen many dermetologst over the years, and tried many different treatments, includeing Accutane, with minimum results. Dr Daws started me on antibotics and a facial cream that have really kept things under controll for about 2 years now. Great staff also.

Paige the receptionist is rude, very non-helpful. She does not put patients first, and as the first impression of the office, she makes you uneasy about the type of care you will be receiving.

The doctor spent a total of 5 minutes with me and didnt really listen to my issues or prescribe a customized treatment. The whole thing was very rushed and corporate. Would not recommend

Doctors are knowledgeable but I dont believe the nurses know very much. Called to ask about a question and she didnt even know what I was talking about.

8 physicians and 2 or 3 practitioners and an existing patient has to wait a 5 weeks for an appointment? Really?
