If I could do zero stars, I would. I had an appointment at 11 am but my prior appointment went 10 minutes longer than planned so I called to tell them I would be a couple minutes late. They forced me to cancel my appointment and reschedule. This place seriously packs in so my appointments that they fail to provide good customer services. Then she informed me even if I came in a couple minutes late I would still have had to reschedule. I was driving past the exit as she was telling me this, I could have made it but I didnt want to give my money to a location that clearly doesnt care about customer service. I called Target Roseville, MN, while more out of my way, they were completely understanding and got me in as soon as they could. She said that even if something came up and I was a few minutes late, it wouldnt be a big deal. Seriously, make the drive somewhere else, it will be worth it.

This was a HORRIBAL experience. I was calling to schedule an eye appointment because my prescription is expired and I am all out of contacts. I spoke to who stated he was the manager but didnt sound like it nor had the customer service skills to be one. Anywho, he gave me such a hard time because I didnt have my policy group number, but I had the bin number and what kills me is that I have been seen at Target previously so you think they would have it on file. so I ended up agreeing to pay out of pocket and scheduled it for the only time I had available outside of work, but he argued with me for so long that the slot I needed ended up getting scheduled by someone else. I will NEVER go to this target because of how he treated me!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Lance - he deserves his own page for 5-star reviews! But, I had all kinds of trouble ordering contacts and getting answers to questions without negative attitude in return from a couple customer service personnel. Id get my exam here again, but definitely order elsewhere to minimize work with the customer service.

The Optical store has terrible customer service. Ive been left on hold for 10 min multiple times and also ignored in the store - not a greeting or letting me know theyd be with me in a bit. Ive also encountered similar things at the Plymouth location. Go to a different company for Optical - Target doesnt do it well.

This is my favorite store in the area. Great groceries, lots of help in the aisles, a walk-in clinic, optical, what more could you want!?
