I have been loyal customer with fifth avenue for Past 5 years ... My experience had been great until lenses only.. When I received my glasses the measurements was off in my new frame ... so i had to send them back...the sales rep at that time suggested I just do the progressive lenses in my new frames and update my computer lenses in my old frames for additional $300.00.. more money? My issues is that I have ready spent $800.00 on the first pair glasses, which were incorrect because he measured incorrectly... now it will cost more money to get what I originally came in for...hummm..And to top it all off, when I with store manager Cathy she was very unfriendly and just kept interrupting me...offered no solution... I told I would not be back...she just said ok thanks Based this experience...i would not recommend this store...

I have been a customer with this clinic for years. I am very happy with the professionalism of the Dr. He answers all of my questions, very patient, and knowledgable. The customer service has always been very satisfactory. No complaints from me. I do find the selection of frames to be somewhat limited and expensive for my pocketbook. They have no problem giving me my perscription so I would be able to shop around for a less expensive frame . All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience with Fifth Eye Optical.

I am a relatively new patient at Fifth Ave. Optical and have been less than pleased with their customer service. I have called to ask standard questions regarding a contact order or new prescription and answers are always short, cold and in a manner of "sorry, we dont have the time right now for this." I was pleased with the actual exams, however, I would give them a D for customer service. I hope it improves in the near future.

Ive been a customer since about August, and found it to be really good. They have great hours for someone that works full time, and I think their customer service must have improved since others wrote reviews, because theyre always very friendly and quick. At the office, I found everyone to be very personable, and the doctor to be friendly and professional.
