Everyone here is awesome, so kind and are helpful in anyway possible. We were debating between River Mill and Cross Creek but chose Cross Creek because they opened earlier but was not the right choice. Cross Creek is closed on Wednesdays and River Mill wasnt, so we went there to ask for a second opinion. They welcomed us, gave us the advice to go to Blue Pearl because they offer 24 hours services. After our cat returned from Emergency care, they assisted us in educating us in home care, had a welcome sign in the room for our cat. Such a warm and welcoming environment. I highly recommend River Mill to anyone looking for a Vet and staff who care about your fur-baby as much as you do.

Easily the best veterinarian service around. The attitude and level of care is shared from Dr. Hodge on down to each and every member of her staff and all treat out the pet members of our family as they deserved to be cared for. Also the level and capacity of care has ever been increasing since this animal hospital has been in existence. For example they have added home visitation services and infra-red laser therapy rehabilitation care for the convenience and more effective of the pets under their care. They do offer free nail trims for pets with each paid office visit for pets on top of everything else.

I was at Bainfield before Rivermill opened. I am so glad I made the switch! The staff are beyond friendly and know every animal and owner by name. They work hard for your pet and genuinely care for their health and not your wallet. I will never leave this vet office! They provide expert care when I needed it most for my sick puppy. She throughly enjoys going to the vets office!! Would highly recommend for anyone who loves their dog as much a I do. They deserve the acknowledgement.

Im so glad we decided to go here. After moving to Tampa from Chicago, one of our dachshunds developed a problem with itchy skin. Our other dachshund has a liver shunt and needs a lot of specialized attention. Dr. Hodges was so thorough with both of them. She took the time to listen to their histories and get to know them. Her staff are friendly and very professional, too. Im glad I have a vet who knows my dogs and enjoys taking such good care of them!!

The staff was amazing. So glad we chose this vet to be our Pets Doctor. From the sign out front welcoming their patients for the day with your pets name on it, to the custom sign in the patient room with your pets name on it, the little things make the world of difference. All of the staff were extremely friendly and caring for our new pup. I would recommend this office to anyone in the New Tampa area.

River Mill Animal Hospital is very caring, friendly, accommodating and professional overall. The personal touch with the welcome sign to announce the arrival of our dogs to the special care from the veterinarians and vet technicians are thorough with everything.
