Love, Love Dr. Presnell and staff........moved here 21 years ago and I went around to local vets to see what their offices were like and front staff, that says a lot about the Doc. I needed to get Lyme shots for my 2 labs, who were with me, Patti said to have a seat and theyd get me in.. No one else could see me for over a week and I wasnt impressed with staff. There are times it is crazy busy in there, but if its an emergency, they will get you in. Dr P is an awesome vet, very caring and super knowledgable !! Highly recommend them

We were from out of town and our dog had a seizure while we were here camping. They immediately made room in their schedule to accommodate us, gave professional and caring services to our dog, and fully empathized with our situation the entire time. They environment was clean, their prices were very reasonable, and everyone on staff was attentive to our pet. These people LOVE animals and it shows by the heartfelt approach they have through every aspect of their animal clinic. Very thankful for Volunteer Animal Clinic.

If I told you how great dr Presnell is youd say I was related. If you used to go to old dr jones in Blountville youll love this vet. Reasonable too! But nobody is as reasonable as old dr jones was!
