I made an appointment to get my cat and dog neutered and when I called to confirm the time, they advised me that my appointment was today instead of tomorrow. Knowing that I scheduled the court date for my day off and not my work day, I was furious and requested to reschedule. she also advised me that I lost my deposit and would have to pay another one. I am so mad at the unprofessionalism. Its a shame that the office has such high reviews and I have to take my animals else where. I am highly disappointed. UPDATE: so i decided to reschedule since the place had such fantastic reviews. The girls in the office were awesome. Very nice and patient. The office is very small and there were a LOT of people there but they have a system that works very well. Ive never seen such chaos run so smoothly. The Dr did a great job on both my animals and i was very pleased. Im vey happy i decided to reschedule. Oh.. and i didnt have to pay another deposit. Thanks guys! And Jim, its under Deluca, Alyssa.

My husband and I have been taking Spencer to Animal Wellness for about 3 years now. They have been there to advise, comfort and support us during wellness checkups, sick visits and life threatening emergencies. Their skill and compassion saved our "son" after he was hit by a hit and run driver. Spencer enjoys going to the vet and behaves very well for the staff there--we believe he likes to flirt with them! The waiting area is comfortable, and the parking lot is capable of holding 10 vehicles. I highly recommend Animal Wellness Center of Plant City for the care of your 4 legged children too!

I have been taking my animals here for a very long time. I have always been happy with the care that has been given to them. The staff is very friendly with both the pet and the person. The Doctors and techs are very caring and knowledgeable. You are seen in a timely manner and arent rushed out the door when in with the Doctor. They are a very special group of caring professionals who truly love animals and care about their health.

Easy in and out process and everyone waits there turn on- first come, first serve. Set animal pickup time. HC Pet Resouce vouchers accepted here. Out of pocket for distemper shot (if not up to date) and $14 fee for. Including your $10 prepaid appointment fee, the most you could spend is $50. Great deal for those on a tight budget.

Animal Wellness and Turkey Creek Animal Hospital are owned by the same people with Animal Wellness being the low cost version of the other. Services are more limited. You can get vaccines sort of a la carte. Where Turkey Creek is more the full service location with a higher cost.

My rescue dog is often quite nervous with new people and places. When we arrived to see Dr. Nash, Lucky was nervous. The entire staff was great with him and by the time it was time to leave, Lucky was wagging his tail and making new friends. He wanted to stay and play.

I attempted to take my dog to get spayed; I called at least 3 times to confirm my payment schedule date and time yet when I get there they didnt have me scheduled but they did have my payment. Every time I called the looked up my account. Very very unhappy
