This clinic used to be wonderful! I took my dog here for six years, but recently picked up our paperwork and will never go back. It is it not unusual for the clinic to staff to lose your chart and leave you waiting by the phone for a call back for an entire day. Dont even bother making an appointment, because you will ALWAYS wait for about an hour past your scheduled time, before even being brought back to a room. The male doctor is the worst. Not only does he go on tangents unrelated to the visit, and attempt to owner-shame in order to charge people for additional treatments... He diagnosed my dog twice with IDIOPATHIC issues. Basically, this means that he doesnt know why the issues are happening. In my opinion, a doctor who constantly diagnoses things as idiopathic is an IDIOT. The clinic overall is mediocre. Do not expect to be wowed by exceptional client service, as they seem to not understand this concept. Hope this helps!

Sneaky pricing! They charged me for my former vet to fax them my pets medical history. Their was also a horrific up charge on the medication. Shot typically range from for 25-40 dollars not including the adminstration fee. She wanted 80.00 for the shot plus. Visit fee. They must think they are working out of a Beverly Hills location! She was definitely more interested in money then her furry patients. Went to a emergency animal hospital in Wesley Chapel and still paid less money @ 11pm and still paid less, go figure! They get you in with a low 37 dollar office fee then charge the life out of pets medications! Stay away!

Today I visited this office for the very first time. I had to wait a short time to get in to see the doctor. Ill say she was not chatty which was nice. She told me exactly what was going on with my little fur baby. And now together we are treating him together. I liked the matter of fact diagnosis. We will return next week to check on progress. Looking forward to a relationship as a great doctor patient for years to come. Her name is Dr. Yosha.☆☆☆☆

I come from a low income family. My dog that my dad got after I lost my first dog of 13 year. Before Ill out of the blue and the only way they said they will help is if we gave he to they. I dont understand how people can be so heartless. My little brother has many mental illness. And he cried for mouths after she dead. I just dont know how we can get thought loss. Just cause we dont have the money to pay vet bills

The entire clinic is great. They all are caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Mel always goes above and beyond doctoring. She saved my cats life, lovingly caring for him (and me) during the crisis of a misdiagnosed snakebite. A couple weeks ago, she dropped everything to help with an injured stray dog I brought in, and has done so much more. Best Vet in Zephyrhills!

Would not recommend this Vet to no body . Was very rude to us in a emergency. He treated my wife like she was a nobody . This doctor is a rude person and does not care for nobody but himself. Show some respect to you client especially when there husband is not there
