I urge you to read this if you are considering using this vet for your cat! Theyre Heartless & Indifferent to cats! In September 2015, my 16 yr old cat died of natural causes. I brought his body to this vet because theyre located across the street from my home. I asked for prices of cremation. They gave them to me and I agreed to have the cat cremated. While i was there, I saw that they have stray kittens up for adoption. I remembered that I have 3 automatic, self-cleaning litter boxes that I was willing to donate to them. I figured they could give them to anyone adopting those kittens. The staff was barely able to say thank you but did say; "Oh! Well make use of these here!" 2 weeks later, the ashes were ready so I paid the $179 to get them back. They came in a wooden box. About 3 weeks later, I brought in my other cat who was clearly in need of medical attention because shed stopped eating and lost control of her bowels. The head nurse knew this because Id been begging them to let me bring her in since the day before but they were booked. As soon as I came to the front desk, I let them know that Im the person with the sick cat who called yesterday and that Im the one who donated the 3 electric self-cleaning litter boxes. They instantly knew who I am. I kept standing there, waiting to be taken into an exam room and both of the nurses looked at me like; "whats your problem?". One said, have a seat, well be right with you. So i did. Then the doctor came to the front and the 3 of them proceeded to spend 8 full minutes laughing about Halloween costume pictures they were looking at online. Im 6 away and looking at them the whole time. They couldnt have cared less. Once they finished looking at the pictures, the doctor looked over at me and said; "come on". And he had me follow him outside into his RV. Between the exit door and the RV is a gate. As we walked to the RV a Pitt Bull lunged at the gate and began barking loudly which startled my sick cat. When we got into the RV, he had rock music playing and was opening and closing cabinets quite loudly. Simply no consideration for how this was effecting the cat. When he reached into the carrier to pull her out, he was quick and not very gentle -even though the cat was lethargic and nowhere near a scratching or biting threat. During the physical examination, he again, was rough and fast about it. The dr. couldnt find what was wrong with her and recommended blood tests & a urinalysis. At the end of the examination, the male nurse assistant looked at me and said; "its $180". I looked at him and said; "do I pay here in the RV?" The answer was yes. He then asked me for my info and thats when I said to them both, "I should be in your computer already. You cremated my other cat 3 weeks ago and I also donated the self-cleaning litter boxes to you." The doctor looked at me and said; "We didnt cremate her cat. Did we?" Turns out, I was in their system. I was so turned off by their indifference that I vowed never to return there again. The next day, I had to take my sick cat to the emergency clinic because it was a Sunday. She had to be euthanized because of an unknown tumor had burst and caused fluid to fill her body cavity. I opted for cremation and this vet informed me that the cremation is only $110 and comes with an engraved brass memorial plate on the wooden box! I accepted and when I got the ashes back, it was from the SAME crematory as used by the Mobile Vet. However, the Mobile vet Charged me nearly $70 more than the emergency vet and denied me the FREE brass engraved plate. Simply no concern for the animals comfort level or the urgency of the situation. And no concern for the customer.

Bruce Anthony is the best veterinarian I have ever been to. He is very honest, reliable, intelligent, and experienced. My puppy, Luke, is a Giant Schnauzer, so, not a breed that you see every day, yet he is still very familiar with the breed and the attention that Luke needs. I learn something new about taking care of Luke every time I go in. He takes the time to play with Luke and make sure Luke is comfortable at the beginning of each visit. What I love most is that he could sell me on a lot of things that Luke doesnt need and make tons of money off of me because I always want what is best for my pup, but he doesnt- he only sells me something if it is truly needed. The rest of the staff is very friendly as well! I am about to get another Giant Schnauzer puppy and I will continue taking both dogs to this vet forever!

Our family got our first family puppy. We didnt know where to turn for vet services. We heard that Mobile Vet Clinic of Brandon was highly recommended...and the awesome part is, they come to your home for only 15 dollars more than an office visit. Our dog was completely finished with his check-up within 10 minutes. Weighed, shots, wormed, looked over, and all questions were answered. The staff were so friendly to our pup. They came right up and grabbed my rather large husky pup without hesitation. They accepted many kisses on their faces and encouraged lots of love from my pup. Just their interactions with my dog from the very first moment won me over. The initial visit was at least a hundred under what I was expecting. Ill never go anywhere else.

I received good reviews and remarks regarding this vet but when I called to schedule an appointment for my dog, Briana (the girl that answered the phone) was extremely rude. When I told her what kind of dog I had (a carlin pinscher- with the help of a simple google search, her questions would have been answered.) she pulled the phone away from her hear and asked someone close to her "whats a d*** carlin pinscher?" and "whats a f****** carlin pinscher?" If she speaks about patients in the manner, how do you think she treats the patients. Moving on the another vet

Amazing Service!!, I am very happy I found them. My family and I recently relocated to the Valrico area from Atlanta. We needed to find a vet for our 2 dogs and cat and we did. The Mobile service is great. My husband and I have busy schedules and work from home so this was a major plus for us. The mobile vehicle very clean and fresh. Doctor Mussnug and her assistant were so nice to all our little guys. Very professional, everything you are looking for in a vet to care for your little ones. The price EXTREMELY affordable. Highly recommended.

Awesome vet and staff. Dr.Bruce and his staff truly have the best interest of your pet in mind. They advise of the most effective and economical way to provide care for your furry babies . They provide the care and support like professionals from back in the day but with the most current technical knowledge available today. I would give this practice a **100** stars if available. You would be satisfied and not have to look elsewhere for the care and services they provide for your animals.
