When my dog Gunner was at the threshold of death, Doctor Rick took the time ask more questions and to listen to me. Somehow; he was able to deduct a diagnosis from my rambling and panic. He saved Gunner that day, giving my family and I the gift of 3 more years with our faithful companion. He was Gunners vet his entire lifetime. I continue to bring my pets to Dr. Rick because I KNOW that he CARES. I no longer live in Lorain County, but I will drive the distance because I know that they cannot receive better care. The entire staff at Pet Med Clinic is wonderful and caring.

Twice in 2 months my furbaby was having a problem, twice I called my vet, twice my vet wasnt able to take the time to help her.... TWICE Pet Med Clinic was there, on the spot and was happy to help us. There wasnt a third chance for the other vet. The compassionate team at Pet Med Clinic have gone above & beyond each visit. Outstanding care at reasonable rates! I highly recommend this clinic!

After 15 years of being a loyal customer without ever cancelling or being late for an appointment I was told I could not be 5 minutes late for an appointment and would have to reschedule. My stepson was in the emergency room and I made the mistake of checking in on him on my way to Fozzies appointment. I will never enter this establishment again.

Miranda is the first pet that I have had as an adult. Shes like my baby and I love that Dr. Rick and his team treat her as if she was THEIR baby too. Couldnt ask for a more comforting, caring, animal loving group. Wouldnt go anywhere else :-)
