My mother tried picking up her new glasses today. The woman who was assisting my mother was extremely rude. After arguing with my mom about why her glasses would stay crooked because "no one has a perfect face", she proceeded to explain she needed to go to lunch. Then another woman who works there comes by and asks "Whats going on?" My mother explained that the original woman "helping" her needed to go to lunch and my mom requested someone else to help her. The original woman got upset and said she never told my mom she needed to go to lunch! So much more to tell but I think thats enough for me to say I will never be giving these people my business. Im also telling anyone who will listen to never waste their time or money at this store.

Well, since last year they got a much better Receptionist, the total opposite to the one last year. However on the downside I paid $208 out of pocket ;after Insurance for a Nine West glasses only to get MY GREAT GRANDFATHERS glasses case. People are you serious? Unless its a knock-off ,then if thats the case please inform Me.The new Receptionist, Optician, and the Tech are super nice. The choices for glasses is very limited. I honestly got the best one that had and its not all that,dont forget my GREAT GRANDFATHER glasses case. The waiting time however still needs improvement.

My first experience was totally fine, today however my husband went to collect our childs glasses and waited over an hour to simply PICK UP GLASSES. Several attempts made with front office to expedite the process were pointless. Staff is unnecessarily rude to patients and the wait is absurd. Will never return to this place. The fact that they are inadequately staffed does not justify the receptionists lack of professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable.

Specifically told them I wanted to use acuvue brand contacts when I sat for my exam and I was told they didnt have acuvue so they would fit me with the brand they had but I could use my prescription to get acuvue once the RX was finalized. Now, Im sitting here with a prescription for a brand of contacts I find extremely uncomfortable and Im being told I need to pay for a new exam if I want the prescription updated for acuvue.

Staff is rude all time; the receptionist are unprofessional & they look miserable. The waiting is ridiculous. My husband went for an eye exam order the glasses & never revived anything. I have been going for 3months already to get contacts from them and no luck. Ask for a manager and they just hung up on me & now when I call I get voicemail.

Lies and deception! Prices change from one person one day to the next! Very obnoxious and rude! We use to go there when Allan the Manager was there years ago and it was great! Now we find out hes at the West Palm store. Will NEVER go to the Margate store again.
