The front office pleasant, Doctor Gordon and his assistant are Excellent, but Ana (I think her name is) who helps with the selection of the frames, just killed the whole experience. Her rushed/snooty attitude turned what was a great office visit into a let me get outta here and not come back feeling. I dont know if it was because of my daughters insurance, she felt no real money would be made, but her attitude made me pass on spending more money for a set of frames my daughter wanted. I will purchase the more expensive frames elsewhere. Maybe she was just having a bad morning, but the bottom line is you have to know how to provide good customer service and cancel the pre-judgmental attitude towards others (or at least hide it better). Revised Comment- A couple days ago I left a review stating my experience at my daughters appointment which started with excellent service and ended with poor service. After hearing of my experience Dr. Gordon reached out to me himself to find out what happened and see how the situation could be rectified. He listened and understood my point of view and then explained options of making the best fit for my daughters lenses. I appreciated the genuine concern and professional attitude Dr. Gordon displayed in our conversation (the same as he did in our appointment). I definitely recommend his services whereas his actions displayed he truly cares to provide the best customer experience for his clients.

Im a new patient and I was very impressed with the level of service and care I received at this practice. I adore my previous optometrist, so though I didnt come in skeptical, I didnt expect anything special. I interacted with multiple staff members during my appointment; each and every one of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and conveyed an interest not only in helping me understand the care I needed, but also in helping me identify which path was most financially suitable for me. My questions were answered with patience, knowledge, and good humor. I am typically used to waiting on my contacts to be ordered and delivered after an eye appointment; to my surprise, this office had them on hand, and I walked out with my supply same day. Its a small detail, but that convenience blew me away. I spent the last 15 years of eye appointments expecting to wait a minimum of a week for new lenses because thats just how things were. Literally as I was finishing this review, I received a text message stating that my eye glasses are ready for pick up. It has been a day, people. A day. I cannot handle this eye care speed. Ill need to pick them up in 3 weeks out of habit. If you are shopping around for a new eye care provider, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Conan for 15 years, hes an exceptional Doctor and caring individual! He only works one day a week now. We have seen a decline in customer service because of new ownership/management and we sadly have to go elsewhere. Weve had several issues with the front office staff, who are often rude and insensitive, but returned because of Dr. Conan. My last visit was horrible, when I was insulted by a staff member who argue with me, my lens were made incorrectly and I was told I had to spend more money to get them fixed. When I filed a claim with my credit card company for a refund I was then contacted by the new owner. A little too late!

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for a few years now, and I always have a pleasant experience. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and I never have to wait long to see the doctor. I recently had an issue with my eye right before I was leaving town for my wedding, and Dr. Gordon took me without an appointment right away and quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem. In a medical universe run by insurance companies, it is rare to find a doctor who has good bedside manner and will take the time to actually help you. Gordon eye care is a gem!

The office is clean, I was welcomed by an extremely friendly and welcoming staff, and Dr. Gordon is not only caring and kind, but extremely knowledgeable and professional.
