I went today to get an eye exam. It had been over 4 years since my last exam. My visit today went very well. Jessica was very nice and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and got my paperwork processed almost immediately after I filled it out. Dr. Daverman aka Dr. D was very nice and welcoming. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do and why he was doing what he was doing. He didnt rush me out at all. He took his time and explained all of the results of the exam to me. Once I was done with the first part of the exam, I had to choose my frames for my glasses. I was able to find a really nice pair of Oakley frames. It will be perfect for both business and casual occasions. I would say the only draw back is the selection of frames for men. I do wish there was more of a selection but I was glad I was able to find a frame that I really liked. Jessica explained to me very thoroughly what I was being charged for. She showed me the computer screen as she was going over everything. I am very happy with my visit and glad that I was able to get my eyes examined and glasses ordered. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. D. It was a truly great overall experience.

I wish I could give a zero rating....DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Dr is VERY RUDE and equally disrespectful just like the people who work for him. His employee hung up on me because of misinformation or miscommunication between himself and his employee after I asked to speak to him. I still decided to go because my mom was his patient and provided the recommendation. When I went in instead of trying to move along with the visit he proceeded to tell me he hung up the phone, which to me is very disrespectful. I went in quietly to tell him I didnt appreciate the disconnected call and I was not being rude...his response was "I know, I can tell" as if to say (WE) black women or people cant respectfully show their displeasure.

Dr. Daverman was very thorough and educational; Natasha was very helpful in helping me pick out a great pair of Prada glasses that fits me well. I get compliments on them everywhere!! Thank you Vision Eye Care!!
