Incompetent While they performed an eye exam without any issues, thats the best I can say for them. 1. Their selection of frames sucks. 2. They made me a new pair of glasses with all this seemingly high tech stuff, in house, ready to pick up in hours, yet made the lenses with a different base curve than my current ones. Unwearable. I smartly got a refund ASAP. 3. I got my nosepads replaced here, twice, and will not go a third time. First time, the left nosepad was damaged due to incompetence with pliers, and I didnt notice until I cleaned then at home. Ive never seen nosepads tear off from a light touch, or ever, and Ive worn glasses for over 20 years. Second time, they stripped the screw of the right nosepad. A slight bump when I was on the couch caused the entire nosepad and screw to fall out, never to be seen again. So... Yeah. Go somewhere else. Im trying Eye Guys Inc. Big corporate stores with fancy gimmicks and all the illusions of good customer service do not make up for lack of basic competency. Ever.

Was 20 min late due to traffic drove 70 min to get there called them 5 min late told them i would be a few min latter they said fine i get there they would not take me . said the dr had a lunch that was more importent . who dose that i had cash in hand for survice. i ended up goingto eyeworks in the mall and they werer much much cheaper and did a out standing job. please never gotothis place there the worst iever expearenced
