Unfortunately I cannot rate 5 stars. I will start by saying Dr. Furnari is an excellent doctor. However, his medical staff is the complete opposite. I came in to pick up my Tiffany & Co. glasses on Wednesday and was greeted by no one (as usual, and does not really bother me). Ed (sales floor supervisor) makes up for what the medical staff lacks. He is absolutely wonderful. Moving forward, I leave after receiving my glasses only to find that my car is not where I parked. I walk back inside the office to inform the staff of what was going on, only to have the Office Manager (who has ALWAYS had a nasty attitude since I started seeing Dr. Furnari a few years back) motion her hands up in the air as if saying "OH WELL" or "TOO BAD" or "SHOO AWAY." That, of course, upset me and I advised the Office Manager that this situation is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. I requested to speak with Dr. Furnari. Had I not waited in the hallway for Dr. Furnari to come out of the exam room, I would have waited hours, or not spoken to him AT ALL. Dr. Furnari agreed to reimburse the amount of the towing (THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. FURNARI). As I was about to leave to pick up my vehicle, Nora decided to throw in her 2 cents on the situation stating "Wow, did you really interrupt the doctor while he was with a patient? Wow, that takes BIG BALLS." Nora was completely and absolutely OUT OF LINE. It would be wise to keep an opinion like that to one self, especially when speaking to a patient (you know, the people that put money into the business where YOU WORK). However, I can understand how Nora could "get away" with making a statement like that to a patient, being that she works under that Office Manager(dont know her name).

Bad experience.Not once,but twice.I was referred to this place by my doctor.The first time there.You`re handed a information form to fill out and then they sit you down.It`s hot ass hell in there and they had me waiting almost an hour just to tell me that they don`t take my insurance.Waste of time.6 months later.I was reffered once more by my doctor stating that this was the closes place that excepts my insurance.Stood at the counter for about ten minutes before someone acknowlegded me.Checked in and was told to have a seat.A hour 1/2 later sitting in this hot ass place.A very rude assistant called my name and embarrassed me stating that they except my insurance,but the age of 40 was over aged and That I will have to pay $50 if I want a eye exam.Now 2 months later they`re sending me a reminder card saying that I`m over due for a eye exam.

NEVER let Dr.Furnari(the tall caucasian guy) do your eye exam. He has no patience with adults or kids, he will rush the whole time while in the office and dont you dare ask a question at the end of the exam because you will get a half answer (might as well Google the rest) and waiting for a "youre welcome" after you have thanked him for the whole exam is like talking to a wall because he will walk out of the room. Please ask for Dr.Lofton, hes the best one in there... Oh and I wont even mention my last experience with another doctor in that same office last year comment that was made towards my 5 year old... "Youre smarter than you look" wtf?! So please.. Please dont waste your time with anyone other than Dr.Lofton.

WORST SERVICE EVER. horrible place. filthy. the dr didnt smile at all ..horrible service. waited for over 2 hours they pack the place like sardines. I have waited for 3 months for glasses and paid a shipping fee and they never called to let me know the glasses were here. I paid for shipping. yet they want to charge me again. I would not take anyone to this place. The contacts were ill fitted and pop out and cause horrible redness to the eye. I HAVE contacted credit card for a refund.

Terrible service! Having a smile on your face is not good customer service. I waited months for my order to come in and when it did it was wrong. They never called me to let me know my order came in. I called several times to inquire the status. On multiple occasions was just left on hold. When I finally went In I find that they lost my phone number and my order was wrong. I had to wait again for my order. They are overpriced, unprofessional and disorganized.

The doctor was not friendly at all. Staff was great but it was packed to the walls and they used the dilation spray on my 5 year old that Ive read was suppose to be drops and used sparingly yet they literally soaked her face in it. They sprayed her eyes several times and got it in her mouth. Only been a few hours but she still cant see well. Ill wait the 24 hours but I pray nothing bad happens because of this.

Beware of where you park your car. Apparently there is a feud between the two optical places and they are towing all cars that park in any spaces that say Medical Arts. The glasses I just purchased ended up being even more expensive now. I am very disappointed that the patients are the ones having to suffer as a result of the unprofessional behavior of both places.

Dr Furnari should be retired. Stubborn and moody. They have to re-do glasses 3 times until find out prescription was wrong. They did the same to my wife. A No-no place. Stay away. Also overpriced. Example contact lenses. Double than BJ. Consultation they charge 3 times the cash value to insurance companies.

5 star service and attention to every detail. If you want excellent service and eye care, this is the office for you. Years of experience and friendly staff. Huge frame selection and easy on the pocket...They have deals each time Ive purchased frames and lenses. Stop here.

Dr. Funari and the staff are great. HOWEVER the parking is terrible and too too many calls, e mails, and text messages confirming an appointment. I answered a text and e mail to confirm and then received a telephone call reminder. Enough already!!!!!!

the staff was nice but the doctor who did the exam was rude and seemed very moody like he didnt want to be there, my mother said hello to him and he didnt even respond to her and kept interrupting me when I tried to tell him what I was seeing

Friendly drs and good eye care service. Very convenient with in house lab. I found there frames to be a bit on the expensive side. But good size selection in frames. Good service over all, the best you will find in there location.

Ive been going here since elementary school im now 25. Never have I seen or heard of an office call to confirm your appointment on a SATURDAY morning at 8:00 am. Especially, being 4 days away #wakeupcall ...Besides that...theyre ok.

very bad experience we can 10 late and they didnt want to take care of my daughter but everytime that yo go there you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Im very disappointed
