Me, my entire family, and a great number of my friends are all very satisfied and gratetful patients of Dr. Jeffrey Copeland and Dr. John Edgar. Every staff member puts their hearts into their dedicated work. This office is a number one dental office, and the only one that any patient would ever need to go to! We all love their expertise and services. They always stay ontop of the newest technology - fully digital x-rays and high-end equipment. My 8 year old daughter can hardly wait for every time she gets her cleaning done. Drs are always very accomodating to our schedules and our budgets. We are treated there as if we were family. Thank you very much for being there for us Hawthorn Woods Family Dental Care! We will definitely be back.

Everytime I get my teeth fixed I am a bit nervous becuase of previous bad experiences at My old dentists office. My teeth always seem to have cavities or need some work done after every cleaning in the past. The only problem was they never could explain why I needed the work and why it would cost me so much money. Since coming to Hawthorn Woods Dental I feel #1 there is less work needed when I go in and #2 when there is extra work that needs to be done it is clearly explained to me why I need it. I would recommend this place if you want a trustworthy dental office that does a great job. Thats important to me.

My family and I have been going to Hawthorn Family Dental for 5 years. We have always had thorough cleanings for regular check-ups. The hygienists and dentists are all very professional, knowledgeable and take the time to listen and address any concerns, Both my sons had their first dental experiences there at ages 3. They both absolutely love going to the dentist. This is a testament to the gentle nature they treat young ones while stressing the importance of good oral care beginning at a young age, I highly recommend this dental practice.

Ive had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences at Hawthorn Woods Family Dental, and today was no exception. For the first time in about 20 years I had to have a filling. I was nervous, but the dentist explained each step of the process, and she and her hygienist worked quickly and efficiently. I was pain free through the entire procedure, and now, almost 12 hours later, the local anasthetic has worn off and I have absolutely no discomfort. If I have to have other fillings or dental procedures, I will know that Im in great hands!!

If you want to be taken care of in all aspects of a dentist visit; excellent cleanings, knowledgeable and transparent hygienists and doctors, and very helpful customer service, then this is your place! Ive been going here for years and take phenomenal care of me. They dont do any unnecessary work - theyve been keeping an eye on one of my trouble spots for years, but no need to fill it yet. I feel like another office would fill it for the $$$. You will have a great experience here!

I have been a patient there for years following a referral. Friendly staff and a doctor who takes the time to explain everything about every procedure and alternatives. Many dentists I have worked with have just rushed in and out looking at x-rays. Doctor Copeland and all his staff took the time to discuss my overall oral health and explain things to me in terms I could understand rather than just look at my x-rays and start drilling. My smile has never looked better.

I am not a fan of the dentist at all and usually have anxiety when I go, however Dr. Copeland and his staff put me at ease. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I had pain in my tooth and was worried it would need more work than I was ready for, but after Dr. Copeland looked at it he said it was just a cavity. He made sure I was comfortable and then filled it; I didnt feel any pain. I will definable be returning.

Hawthorn Woods Family Dental is the best! Everyone is so incredibly friendly there! I personally enjoy going to the dentist to begin with but they make the experience even more enjoyable. I have never left in pain, which is partially in thanks to my favorite hygienist Marina, she is always very gentle (but thorough) when cleaning my teeth. I have recommended many people to this dentist office and will continue to do so :)

This may be biased since I am a hygienst at HWFDC but I absolutely love this office! Before working at HWFDC, I was a patient. Both Dr. Edgar and Dr. Copeland were very helpful and encouraging while I attended Dental Hygiene school. I was fortunante enough to have the oppurtunity to work as a hygienist and its been my home every since! Im so lucky to have found such a great office - as an hygienist AND a patient!

Great office! Recently moved to Lake Zurich area and I was concerned about leaving my old dentist that I loved. Dr. Copeland and his staff made me feel completely comfortable. Lucy cleaned my teeth and was very gentle. I had a cap placed on a tooth that was chipped pretty badly. The procedure was painless and my tooth feels good as new. I confidently recommend this office to all my new friends.

Best dental experience Ive ever had. Dr. Copeland does great work and is honest. I cannot stress enough how much that meant to me after the string of poor experiences Ive had at other offices. And the hygienist Cindy provided the most thorough cleaning Ive ever had. They arent even in my dental network but well worth the out-of-pocket expense. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was having tooth pain through the week...I thought it would go away but as the days went on it was still hurting. I called at 2pm in the afternoon seeing if I could get in and get checked out...they saw me at 3pm that day! Thank you for getting me in so quickly. Staff, the hygienists, and dentists are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommended!

I have seen Dr. Edgar and Dr. Copeland, both have been wonderful! They take the time to give each patient individual attention but they are also conscious of your time, so they dont keep you waiting.
