Finding a great pediatrician was probably one of the biggest stressors for me during my pregnancy and becoming a first time mom, but now that we are approaching 12 months with Salud Pediatrics. I am SO glad that I did my research and found such a great practice. We have seen all the doctors in the office Im pretty sure over the last 12 months and each one if amazing. Their after hours on-call procedure is amazing and their response time quite literally saved my daughters life. If you have an emergency and need a same day appointment, they fit you in any way that they can. Their online portal is also really awesome, since I work full time I cant always go to all the doctors appointments (my husband and I switch off taking her), but they give you a full description of everything that was done and discussed at every appointment through their portal. It makes me feel informed and up to date on everything with my daughters health, even if I cant be there to hear it in person. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

We absolutely love Dr. Graba at Salud Pediatrics. Weve been there for many years. The staff always acknowledges us by name, remembers a small fact about our family and makes us feel welcome. More than anything, I am impressed (shocked, actually) when Dr. Graba hasnt seen us in ages, but asks follow up questions about our lives (not just medical questions). I never feel rushed, and appreciate the time and attention. We have three kids and they misbehave often, but the nurses and doctors have a way to calm them down and move on with the visit.

We love Salud Pediatrics and the staff is very, very pleasant. We truly were sad to hear Dr. Graba left the practice. We miss her way of always making our family feel important and validated with conversation more than just health related. She always made us feel apart of a family, we hope to continue at Salud with the same feeling. We dont really know Dr. Betancourt but she appears to be lovely. Its hard trusting another Dr. even if it is in the same practice, when all three of my crazy children know Dr. Graba. What a huge loss.

We left this practice because of the office staff. Extremely rude and very seldom smiled or spoke to us. We were at this office MANY times after the birth of our son and every time we had to go there I got a knot in the pit of my stomach. This place is such an UNPLEASANT environment...we are SO HAPPY we switched. Our new office/pedi is awesome. It was like night and day comparing the two experiences from the minute we walk into the office to walking out and scheduling our next appointment. I just wish we would have switched sooner!

I recently spoke to my sister regarding a recent visit at Salud. Her baby was examined by Dr. Lam. Dr. Lam was impatient with the baby, rough during the exam and even "mocked" this baby who was crying. What HORRIBLE patient care! The other doctors in the practice are wonderful, but Dr. Lam does NOT fit here. In fact, she has no business working with children at all.

Ever since Dr, Graba left this office.... This place is not the same. We always forced to see nurse practitioner. Actual Doctor is always busy. We never get to see the doctor for physicals. Looking for a new pediatrician.

Dr. B truly cares about my kids and remembers them and their personalities every time we come in. My 3 year old has never hesitated a second when I tell her she has to go to the doctor.

We switched from another doctor because they do in house blood and lab testing. So much better! And the staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Bentancourt is wonderful.
